I started using the app and needed help… reached out to them and got immediate responses with helpful tips and suggestions.

Our trip isn’t for a few months but so far helping with the planning of a large group trip!

Stress less for group TravL

Thank you TravL for making group trips more efficient with your app. Everyone loved the ease of using it and having a way to change or update schedule without making 30+ phone calls or text messages is stress relieving. Must have app for group trips.

Doesn’t work :(

I downloaded and went through sign up and tried to add my first activity and it wouldn’t allow me to add it, highlighted add activity name - but I had an activity name in the blank. Tried changing it but couldn’t add an activity. Highly unfortunate because I liked the simplicity of it.

Thanks for downloading the TravL app. I just created a Trip and added an activity on 2 different devices. I’m glad to help if you’ll email me at david@grouptravl.com. We can set up a time to review the trip you’ve created. I did notice that the current version in the App Store requires the user to enter some text in the “Additional Informational” field and without it you’ll see red letters saying “required field” when you try to save the activity. That might be what’s at issue. Enter text and it’ll save. It’s unnecessary as the activity title sometimes is all that’s needed. I’ll have that requirement removed by next week. The app does work and I want to be sure you have a great experience with your group. Thanks again for the feedback and rating the app. New version releasing very soon with several new features.

High School trip with 90 people

The app was easy to use and easy to navigate. It was nice to have the itinerary available at a glance, and be able to receive updates moment-to-moment. Moving 90 people from place to place isn’t always easy, but communicating through the app made it easier!

Game Changer

This TravL app was a game changer for the 8th grade field trip we do every year. I’m glad a parent told me about it. It’s easy to set up an account and then create the trip. What I like: It lets me add a logo so it personalizes the trip for everyone going. I can add a “purpose of the trip” and a “code of conduct”. This will set the tone. Parents will love seeing photos in the photo gallery. That’s a smart feature. We had some updates and when we changed the schedule everyone could see that it changed right away. Things I don’t like: the pictures load slow when my phone isn’t on Wi-Fi.

A must for groups traveling together

100 of us just came back from our 8th grade Washington, DC trip and the TravL app made it easy. We could see the daily calendar with all the activities listed so we always knew where we were going next. It was cool to see pictures from the trip. We got messages from the teachers and chaperones too.
