Can’t see anything you’re typing
Wish I could rate this 0 stars. I just have to guess what I’m putting in because the UX/UI design is absolutely horrendous and all together awful.
Unstable and poor UI
Unstable - tapping to update profile information crashes the app. Poor user interface - tapping on text input fields causes the text input field to disappear underneath the iOS keyboard and prevents copy/paste and other iOS tap functionality.

Terrible app, get it fixed
Please stop inconveniencing people. This app has NO functionality. You cannot do anything on this app. Not able to reset/change anything on your profile. Screen is completely white so you are unable to see what to select for maintenance and timeframe. Completely useless.
The App that does nothing
Can’t login, can’t reset password, can’t send email to reset password.
OH MY GOD THIS IS BAD
If I can give this a half star I would, I can’t update my phone number, email, or profile picture. I have to tap all over the screen just to put in a request and most of the time it doesn’t even work. I wish my building (Atlantic Plaza Towers) would keep calls open in the management office until this app is fixed completely.

This app is beyond terrible. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! It doesn’t even let me get to the point of logging in successfully EVER. My building uses this and urges tentents to submit repair requests via the app and I’m signed up through my
Management office but despite multiple password resets and attempts it never works. I’ve been trying to use this app for over a year!

This app does not work on iOS11
Only Showing Background Video
FIX THIS APP! It’s only looping the background video at this point & now allowing us to use the app to make maintenance requests!!!
Really bad app
If my building wouldn't make me use it to open maintenance calls, I would delete this app right away.
It's so clumsy and unnatural to use.
For example -
Want to copy and paste your password or email to login? Forget about it. Copy paste (such a basic option), is not available.
Want to open a call for something easy? It demands you to add a picture to move forward with the request. I had to take a picture of a wall just to go ahead with the procedure.
Want to update your number when opening a call? Nope. Can't do that. Need to cancel the call and update the number separately.
Developers - Fix your app!
