Worst Product On The Market
This is the worst personal item tracking product on the market. It's simply doesn't work. When you close the app after set up it disconnects from the tracking devices. Then their alarms go off to let you know that they disconnected from your phone. Then you go through the process to reconnect to them and when you exit out of the app they disconnect again. This product is completely unusable.

The app literally asked if it could hack my phone and I could not leave app had to get a new phone

Right out of the box. Brand new. Doesn’t work.
Waste of money.
This is a total waste of money. Do yourself a favor and use AirTags instead.
