Tried several times to link including a new battery and nothing synchs!
Not worth the money
First, the batteries were good, but yet one of the units of the two would not turn on. Secondly, you always have to have the app open in the background or it runs an alarm on the one that I could get to work and maybe it's just me but I don't like my apps always have to be open

Never got it to connect. Shame someone paid money for this and gave it to us as a stocking stuffer.
Don’t even waste your time downloading
Product is junk. Received as a Christmas gift and thrown away within 10 minutes of opening. Junk doesn’t even work took it apart checked the battery and pressed the button no lights no nothing. Then I decided to read some reviews and found out I’m not alone. If you read this before you download save yourself the time and don’t. I’ve already wasted enough time writing this review in hopes to save people like you time.

Not useful at all.
You have to keep it close to your phone or else the tracker starts beeping. You have to keep the app open or else it starts beeping. I tried every setting in the app and nothing changes this. I don’t like this app or tracker at all.

The device disconnect automatically, how am I supposed to find my key if the tracker disconnect automatically???
Garbage. Can not setup the device.

Casino Freebee Junk
Received two as a free gift from Hollywood Casino in Charlestown West Virginia. I received two of them, neither one works at all.
I downloaded the app trying to get them paired and set up. Nothing worked. Glad I didn’t pay for them. I guess I get a couple key rings and a couple batteries that are probably dead.

Got it for Xmas and as others have said does not work total junk.
Don’t buy
I should have known for the price that I wasn’t getting a quality product - downloaded the app and added the trackers to my 3 sets of keys - all night long they were going off alerting - even with the app closed and the alert if connection lost setting off- I had them on one night before I tossed them in trash

Buy a happy meal instead
Anyone giving this any more than a one star is absolutely either paid to do so or hasn’t tried it yet. If you close the app the unit will continue to beep until you reopen the app. Good way for someone to track your every move. If you walk away into another room, the unit will beep. This thing is completely useless unless you like being spied on.

It only tracks for about four feet
This product only tracks for a couple feet, not worth it at all. Once you move the device away from your phone it won’t stay connected.

Annnd the tracker doesn’t work. I followed directions. I pressed the button to turn it on, I heard a beep and then nothing. There’s no sign at all that it’s working. It seems like this “project” was abandoned by the developer.

Works good.
So far so good. I downloaded the app. Turned on the device tags. Linked them to my app. Bluetooth works good. Alarm loud enough to hear across the room.
Running App Constantly
It's inconvenient that you have to keep this app open all the time in order for it not to beep.
