Last update broke it emailed not heard anything

Last update broke the seat ide feature now you don’t know what drink goes to what seat …. Useless not and paid $20 for it . Emailed about the break with pictures 2 weeks ago never heard anything ! We’ll update when they fix the bug

New FA

I’m trying to enjoy this app! I’m a brand new FA and having 12 drinks on a tray is a bit daunting at the moment. I wish that it gave the layout for 9 drinks until I feel more comfortable with the 12. Any suggestions?

Best App Eva!

It’s user friendly, editable and it takes the guesswork out of figuring out what you wrote on paper. It highlights those liquor orders so they’re easy to spot when it comes time to charge the customer and the screen stays bright yellow so there’s no need for the cabin lights on those early AM’s or late night PM’s. Oh and it has the Provo stations on the home page too! I LUV this app and know you will too if you give it a try!

Love it

I’m fairly new to serving, particularly in the air. I was intimidated by how fast and efficient the senior mamas and papas were. I can keep up. Only thing that would make this app better, is allowing it on my Apple Watch when I’m serving and allowing a landscape view. Thank you.

Good morning Kymm. Thank you for your TrayBien review and your input. I have added both of your suggestions into our list of upgrades to consider. Locking the TrayBien display in portrait for ordering and delivering seemed appropriate simply because of the "long and skinny" nature of the aircraft cabin. Perhaps this was short sighted on our part as you have pointed out. The advantage of landscape (with scrolling) would be to allow a bit larger order text field. So, I'll look into this suggestion. Regarding Apple Watch deployment, this is the first such request. Layout could be a bit of a challenge given the small real estate to work with. But I'll certainly take a look. With the goal of under-promising/over-delivering, these changes will take a bit of time to implement. But know that your ideas and those of your coworkers are invaluable in making TrayBien as useful to you and your "co-hearts" as possible. Awesome

Awesome app, it would be nice to some how transmit the data to my phone from my iPad, so that I can take orders and charge customers with iPad and then use the phone on my tray.

Just when I thought I couldn’t love TrayBien more, the latest update had me doing the happy dance in my galley! So happy with this app and am constantly showing it off to my crews. I can’t imaging going back to pen and pad

Thank you so much for your comments, tiffalits. It is extremely comforting to have contented users. It is very nice that you took your valuable time to provide your feedback. We will have another update in a couple of weeks which will have these three added features: -Tip of the day (can be disabled) -Move drinks (all but one) to the next tray -Move drinks between trays from both the TrayView and the SeatView. If you have other features in mind to make your work easier, we are all ears. :) Thanks again. -Paul

Fun and fast!

I’ve tested this app for over a year and now I don’t want to use anything else! Having the easy light up display at night helps so much too! What started as a fun learning project is now a necessity for my job! I absolutely love it!
