What's New in Trayner AI
1.4.2
September 5, 2026
Body Scan (new) Two photos, front and side, and Trayner measures you: neck, chest, waist, hips, arms, thighs and calves, plus shoulder width and limb lengths. A guided setup walks you through lighting, clothing and posing, and voice guidance talks you into position so you can stand across the room. Results show as honest ranges, with a body-fat estimate from the published Navy method, a skeletal-muscle estimate, waist-to-hip and waist-to-height ratios against WHO and NICE guidelines, and a posture read-out. Explore your figure in a 360° view, compare scans taken under matching conditions, and calibrate against your own InBody or FitQuest readings. Form Check Ask Trayner about any rep. Tap a cue on your form report to open a coaching chat seeded with your own results, and pin a fix straight into your plan. A new movement-profile radar shows where each lift is strong or weak across five dimensions. Share a form report, or the raw clip, from the report screen. Fasting A new fasting tracker in the Food tab: pick a protocol, start and stop with one tap, and get a reminder when your window opens or closes. Home cards show where you are in the fast. Also in this release • Sources & Methodology: every health figure in the app now links to the research behind it. • More reliable video and photo uploads on slower connections. • Fixes for translations, Android layout on gesture-navigation phones, and several crashes reported through TestFlight.
