Worst app ever
This app needs to be updated. I cannot register at all. It’s tell me that i have no internet connection but I do. This needs to be fixed.
Adding family
The adding member facility is not working. It says unable to connect to the server.
Doesn’t work
I cannot register because the only choice of cities is in the Philippines, regardless of what country I select.
I tried selecting a Filipino city just to login, and then it repeatedly said that the app is not available.

Foreigners
It’s required for foreigners to enter but it makes me choose a Philippine city. I cannot add my own city of residence. I can’t even register. Figure it out!
This app is very confusing
This app is only good for Philippine residents not for foreign residents, so why they are saying this is required for entering philippines for all foreigners anandmirpuri
Location, Location, Location
I need the Traze App to enter the Philippines, sat in the UK now going Philippines tomorrow, when i try to register the app it says i have to be in the Philippines to register. So amongst all the protocols that i will have to go through i will have to get internet connection to register this app before going through immigration

You guys need to hire better developers and programmers
add button doesnt work. picture doesnt update on different devices. generating code takes too long. its a simple app but they cant make it user friendly at all and this is a problem because this is required to travel to the philippines.

Unable to load
Worthless. Can not load on my iPad. My iPad is up to date. Only get a message “unable to load at this time”. No other info.

Won’t let me delete my Account
I have been trying to delete my traze account and it won’t allow me it has a server problem and how many times I want to delete it it won’t delete it I tryped my password multiple times just to delete this freaking app and it’s useless no one to be contacted and ask the manufacturer to delete my account this app is pretty useless! Unless someone here would help me to delete it!!!

Can’t add another user, then tried to register second individual and it won’t let activate second individual, developer should have fix this issue, it always shows message check server in fact I’m using 5G, if this an important app you guys should check the flaws of this app it’s not User friendly it’s not helpful

CANNOT ADD OTHER INDIVIDUALS UNDER ONE ACCOUNT
I just registered today at TRAZE app for my forthcoming trip to the Philippines on July 10th. After I got my QR Code, I tried to add my children (ages 7 and 10 years old) under my account by clicking the + button but a message that keeps on popping is “unable to connect to server. Please check your internet connection. “ My internet connection is very good. I don’t know what to do now.

No clue what this is for!
I put the same information on my health declaration form! It’s in no way and active tracer. It only tracks you if you scan the current QR code provide where ever you go? Just another way for the Philippines government to justify the money it doles out to their relatives. Anyway app will not add additional family members by clicking on (+), I get an error “unable to contact server.” I am using OS 14.6 what a waste of time.

No TRAZE records?
I’ve been using the TRAZE app starting with my PR103 LAX/MNL flight on July 11, 2021. I did a few more after arriving in MNL on June 13. This morning, as I was Trazing, I got a notification from the app that I have no Traze records for 5 days now! What happened?
Terrible
It should not be this difficult to register. It keeps on saying “invalid code” even correct code was entered. My registration couldn’t go through. My daughter had to change her email address and couldn’t do that either. Please fix this. With millions of users needing it, the developers need to upgrade this to a better app.

This app is absolutely junk. I downloaded the app just now and started to register. But every time I click on the picture to upload my photo, the app would crash.
I’ve tried it a few times with the same results.
Instead of having a customized app for tracing made, the PPA should have just went with an existing tracing app with a proven track record of functionality and reliability. We don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Just look at the app being used by the Singapore government.
So now without getting ourselves registered and with a trip coming up in a few days. Who know what the airport will do when we arrive.
