Great app for booking trips in Korea. I found it very easy to search and book.
It’s kicking me out when try to do a payment
It’s kicking me out when try to do a payment, is not working on my phone or tablet either. The app it’s working very slow, and not recognise most of the time any button I press or menu, what to say about go back button. It just has many issues working, not reliable app.

Cannot order, app too buggy
I would NOT recommend this app. It has no back button so if you change your mind, you have to reset the app EVERY TIME (I mean, there’s a back button but it does nothing at all). The app will 1/3 of the time open a menu but you can’t click or scroll because the app thinks you’re still on the menu behind so you’re stuck not being able to click on anything (and have to reset the app). I tried the webpage and it’s more of the same. You can NOT select the current date. In my case, the only date “available” for delivery is 16 days ago. You cannot change the date.
If you’re reading this review, I beg you, do NOT try this app, huge waste of time.
The only good thing about this app is that it’s in english but it really doesn’t matter if you can’t order.

Never delivered merchandise
I ordered a SIM card from their website and was told it would be arriving in 2-3 business days. However, I never actually received the package and when I contacted customer service about it, I didn’t get a reply for almost 24 hours. I was then told that I was not able to get a refund… even if I never got the package. I have emailed them since and they have yet to reply. Bad customer service and even worse handling of product.
Very let down since I had high hopes for this service and was grateful that it was in English, but I’ll stick with buying things in person now. Do not recommend this app unless you’re using it to price compare or for online tickets.

Don’t waste your money and time
We were sent invalid tickets to an attraction. We wasted our morning trying to get that fixed and by the time we got in, no one wanted to go any more. Trazy admits they sent us bad tickets but refuses to refund. Bad customer service and they will not do anything even if it’s their fault. We lost a day of our limited vacation because of them.
