Update - Treasure is shutting down

Update: Treasure is ceasing operations and wiping all backed up data in a week. No email alert heads-up about this, just saw the news from a tweet... Treasure’s slogan is “Your files ads precious,” yes, so let’s just wipe them all, in short notice. Luckily I don’t have much data stored here, but if I had several hundred GB I would not be able to download it in time for the shutdown with my connection speed.

Hope this doesn’t become a bait-and-switch on the free tier by limiting your allotted space in the future, because a good free tier experience leads to happy, paying customers seeking more powerful features :)

One issue I have is that I keep getting Time Out errors, the app and website is slow, but I’m sure this is just growing pains and will be sorted out.

Log in broken... no customer service options

I can’t login on either the site or app. Errors on both. When I was logged in previously the app showed zero gigs of space but the web client properly displays my available storage. Wouldn’t link to google drive properly. Claimed to link to dropbox but couldn’t access from the app.

As far as I can tell that there is no custom service or chat anywhere on their site or app.
