Keeps freezing or crashing!!! Keeps losing streaks!
The game has been buggy. One time, I finished a level but it froze before it said that I won. I had to restart the app and lost my streak and gold compass!

I would highly recommend the game fun to play ant the extras are affordable which is amazing
Used to be fun. Now the realms are brutal and the game locks up and you lose your streak.
Love this time of game, but they have made realm levels so hard it’s stressful not relaxing. Game locks up and that counts as a loss costing you your streaks and wild card progress. I’m so annoyed I’m ready to quit. There is no tech support options at all in the game.

No update in over a month….
I want to start by saying that I love this game. I have played daily for more than a year. However, I have to reduce my original rating from five stars to two because the developers have not released an update for the game in more than a month now. Two “new regions” in a row have just been repeats of earlier regions. The release of the updated version of the Explorer’s Club has still not been rolled out to every player. Emailing the developers or sending feedback through the game garners no response whatsoever to questions about these issues. Maybe this review will help. I worry that eventually even new levels will stop being available to play. I understand that programming a game is a complex issue, but players deserve answers to questions.

Treasure Party
This is by far the best game out there . It’s also been improved and so much fun . The only thing about it is if you need help you can’t get a reply from anyone . I tried countless times . If they would improve the Help Center it would be appreciated .
Collecting albums
Where have the sections that won the cards gone? No mining, no going through the jungle knocking the apes out and no collecting the card albums from them

Server problems
I’ve had to re download this game because of server issues. I had to restart from scratch. The game keeps resetting and I’m unable to contact them. Very frustrating.
Fun
I’ve been enjoying the game , but I think the cards we get in game should be able to request from others for certain cards that we don’t have and they may have doubles or more of to help us to finish sets , I know in other games they do this , so that’s my only issue , love the game besides that :) thank you . Hoping you consider to implement this in the game :)

don’t spend money on this game, you get blocked out of moving forward for 9 days, they have completely ruined what was a different excellent game.
App crashes and loses my streaks
It keeps crashing right in the middle of my streaks. I’ve lost a bunch of Golden Compasses to the game crashing in the middle of levels!
Just today, I was 8/10 in a Card Streak and then the game crashed! I lost both my card streak and my Golden Compass. So I wasted boosters trying to keep my card streak and get the Wild Card! If the app didn’t crash, I would’ve finished my streak!

Freezes
Twice in one day my game has frozen and made me loose all my supers and I’m getting up set. I noticed if you have the supers for to long it freezes and start you over like you lost. Please fix this

Ce jeu qui semblait prometteur, a perdu la plus grande partie de ses joueurs, car l’éditeur à ignorer l’importance de l’échange des cartes au sein d’une même équipe. Résultat tout le monde s’en va. C’est dommage.

There’s no incentive to play the game…. At least with cards you can compete against your other teammates…

Fun game - sleazy company
The game is a fun puzzle game but the company will not address in app purchase issues or respond to requests for support. Requesting refunds from Apple the only course of action left and hopefully Apple will step in to address this sleazy company.
