NIcholas Moreland the President and CEO of Treasury Department Federal Credit Union lacks the integrity and ability to lead the Credit Union back from the abyss. Funds aren’t released on time. Sketchy customer service. An App stuck in the last century. It’s not worth it. Withdraw your funds and bank somewhere else.

Decent enough app
The app works as it intended, but there’s small cosmetic adjustments that could be made to make the app feel less “cheap” (proper app icon)
AWESOME SERVICE
I receive the utmost service from TDFCU. I have been banking with them for over 20+ years. The associates are attentive to your requests and they offer great financial products.
Updates to the 'texting you' and 'calling you' pages
This feature is not working! Now I can’t access the system anymore and I’ve been using this app for more than 8 years. Help

I wish TDFCU would send a large deposit text (Exactly) when it shows in the account, and not a day later. JS

Add a remote deposit
The TDFCU app needs to be updated - so as to allow mobile check deposit like every other bank.
Needs upgrade
Please, please update, why can’t you deposit a check in this day and age. I shouldn’t have to go to an actual credit union for a simple transaction such as depositing a check...really!
Not up to date
Features like mobile check deposit and wire transfers are not in the app. The app is very dull and old school.
Wayyy begins
They need to update this App!!! It's so behind when compared to other apps. In this day and age you should be able to log in using biometrics. It needs an update to the UI as well. It's just very "stale".
Needs face ID capability for iPhone users for easier yet secure access.
Please get faceID installed.
Touch ID Needed (I Repeat...)
I last posted on this app on Dec 19, and still no Touch ID capabilities. My other credit union has the Touch ID, so I hope that TDFCU gets onboard with that feature for us iPhone users. So I took away a star because there has been no updated or fix to this app to add this feature. Once I this feature is available, I will give it 5 stars.

Doesn't work
The bill pay feature doesn't work, which was the primary reason I downloaded the app.
Buggy at Times
Good app but it has some bugs. When you log out sometimes and try to log back in you get a black screen which is a problem.
