Since updating the app the “rebook” same treatment button is broken and so is the login button for PayPal so I can’t book any appointments!

Poor Maps Intergration
I missed an appointment and chucked £35 down the drain due to a lack of proper maps integration in the app. Partly my fault sure, but not helped by the app.

Doesn’t work
Tried to import bookings, receive email that says click here to import bookings and it just takes you back to the import pages infinite loop of getting nothing done (also when clicking to install the app from a booking email it tries to open advert websites, icky behaviour).

I had my nails done by Lisa at Boutique Oxlow Lane. I am very happy with Lisa as she pays attention to detail gives you what you want. Lisa is a perfectionist and gives you extensive info about after nail health care to promote healthy nails

Filthy unsanitary place + treat week fake customer service address
I booked a massage only to discover a place that goes beyond disrespect from customers (filthy blanket, hair from previous customers, no privacy to change - room with door opened by staff without notice directly on the room where men and customers where - this room directly on the street). I cancelled but this level of dirt goes beyond the hassle of cancelling: this app doesn’t filter the places at all, customers pay the price. I tried to raise that matter to Treatwell: the email they provide is a fake! I got a “unknown email “! Avoid at all costs

Incorrect pricing & Not yet sloved
I recently made a booking through Treatwell (guest account) for a service listed as “Olaplex Treatment with Haircut & Blow Dry” for £28 at Glow & Go in Nuneaton.
After booking, I was contacted by the salon and informed that the actual price would be £56, which was very different from what was advertised on the platform. Because of this pricing discrepancy, I cancelled the appointment shortly after booking.
However, the £28 payment has still been taken from my account and is now showing as completed, even though the salon confirmed they have not received the payment.
This situation is quite frustrating, as the issue appears to be caused by incorrect pricing information on the platform. Am currently waiting for a resolution.
I hope this can be resolved quickly and that pricing information is kept accurate in future to avoid similar issues for other customers.

Cant login
I can log into the app but when I'm trying to log in from the business website it doesn't log me in. Cloudflare passes as green tick but it doesn't log me in. I can only log in as a guest. The other week the site was down and now the login doesn't work. Please fix ASAP. I dont like downloading apps...

Fab beauty booking app
Such a great experience booking a local hair salon via Treatwell. So pleased to have been introduced to this app via a school mum! The pain of managing beauty treatments is no more! Bravo Treatwell!
