Tree Hugger Game

Playing the Tree Hugger, you have your own pretty hex tile island full of wonderful trees that crave hugs. To get on with hugging, open the app, choose a level and touch the screen near the protagonist to indicate where she should go. Simply run to the tree you want to hug. Hugging trees nourishes your soul, and as you run around your little island, all the hugging will make your hugometer rise! Picking flowers also helps, but running around the island can be tiring, and the angry wasps don't help. If you get stung or simply don't express your love of trees fast enough, the hugometer might drop to zero, and then it is game over. As if it is not hard enough to hug all those trees while avoiding the wasps (who fortunately like the flowers just as much as you) ... along comes the woodsman. He will mercilessly chop down each and every tree he comes across. Fortunately, your hugs imbue the trees with a magical protection which makes the woodsman ignore them, but you literally have to be two steps ahead of him, or you will see a lot of sad stumps. The game has four levels each of which introduces its own challenges and tree positions. Once you hug all of the trees, you will find that the positions have mysteriously changed in all of the levels.
