Excellent identification

Just what I needed to identify specific trees

Perfect

I don’t know every tree and this is an excellent aid to have.

Perfect companion

So useful to have and ideal for the country walk. Identifying trees is now so simple thanks to this app.

Handy app

This is a very handy app when you are out on a walk and find a tree you wish to identify. Being UK trees, you are not bombarded with irrelevant entries, which makes this app very user friendly.

Really useful

Big help when checking wood for my log burner

Unimpressed

I could have used the woodland trust app for free. It alludes to being able to easily identify a tree. This is not the case and for the three trees I’m trying to identify it came up with a long list stating 50% match. Unhelpful to say the least.

Very easy to use

It is very easy to use.

Would like addition of exotics that are common to gardens and better Id of specific malus varieties.

Handy App

Great for those difficult to identify trees. Makes it really easy, with loads of informationReally handy app

Treely Useful

Does what it says, would be handy if you could use the phone camera for identification but maybe down the line, means you use your brain a bit more anyway!

Tree I’d

Excellent

Great guide in your pocket

I bought a suite of these apps for £10. Great value for money, I love the Apps.

Superb app

So helpful when out exploring with the kids. Helps promote a real interest in our natural surroundings.

Great

Great app on your iPhone when out and about.

Picture

You maybe under the impression that this app uses pictures to identify leaves as I thought. As far as I can see it doesn’t instead you have to fill in an identifier page then click the arrow and maybe get the tree. Very disappointed with it myself wasted money.

Great

A great app to ID the trees I see on my nature walks

Tree Id

Superb product. Accurate, fast and easy to use.

Informative!

Perfect way for me to get to know the trees in the area! Thank you.

Doesn’t have photo based ID

I expected this to be able to ID trees by inputting a photo but it doesn’t work like that. You have to put in the details yourself

Abandonware?

Very dated low resolution interface, with not a very full tree catalogue, wouldn’t be surprised if this app got removed by Apple in their upcoming cull of apps not updated in a long time.

Winter trees

Would perhaps be good to include more about shape of tree / branches so we can identify in winter?
