App does not work at all
Bought the lights. Tested them by plugging them in. Good to go. Downloaded app. App always says connect to home network. Instructions and description in app still says Vers 1.1 although store description is 2.#. No buttons in the app. Support button… nope. Help button… nope. It’s a joke.
Beautiful
With the in-line straight down hanging design it’s a snap to put on the tree evenly , i’ve had them for a couple years now and it’s always a conversation starter with the random animations selection every time you look at it it’s a new tree 🌲 and in the unicolor mode it’s easy to please my wife with her favorite color all over the tree . If I had to summit up into words it would be beautiful and easy thanks 😊

Great lights - app could be improved
I love the lights. I found a couple of settings that I like.
Installation of the app was flawless and everything connected on the first try.
The connectivity does get lost often, but is brought back by completely closing the app then reopening the app and using the circular arrows Reconnect button.

Doesnt connect to the app
My personal experience, the system doesn’t connect to the app so it’s basically a waste of money.
Can’t link device
No matter what, this app is not linkable to the lights, wish this would just work. Very disappointed
WI FI
App asks for wi fi password but won’t connect. Tried 5 different times with no success. Definitely not worth its weight in gold. Chinese garbage.

Asks for WiFi password and still doesn’t connect. Good thing because I shouldn’t have to give my WiFi password to a third party developer. Huge security risk.

This thing is amazeballs. I would love to see dimming control, and 256 colors! I heard some people had issues with connecting, so I made a new guest WiFi named Xmastree, and I disabled 5GHz in the router. Worked perfectly first time. The colors are mesmerizing.
Can you just add a straight 1 color twinkle setting?

App needs work. Very glitchy. Lights flicker a lot on unicolor. No setting for actual white lights. They have a blue tint. Great idea needs more work.
What a joke! Premium price with no customer support or product app.
If you are going to charge over $100 for a set of these lights you better darn well have your technical support in place to back up your claims. Extremely disappointing I’m returning this product ASAP.
Completely Useless
I have tried every way I know how to connect these lights to network but it won’t happen. Looks like I’m not the only one. Also no presence online at all. This is China feeding us garbage and making us swallow it.
App is worthless
App won’t connect to the lights. It constantly asks for wi-fi password, but never connects to the lights. We can find ‘TB Proprietary Channel. T3’ in our wi-fi list, but can’t connect. Cant find any customer support anywhere. Frustrating!
App won’t work!!
App shows up in my WiFi settings on my phone but every time I try to connect through the app to use it and control my lights, the app quits. App has no working User manual and links to a website that has no help. Total waste of time and money-

Lights quality seems decent. App and presets are mediocre. Without updates is hard to justify the money.
