Frustrating to use

I think that app will help to start fighting this scourge, but it is very frustrating to use. Have spent ages to try and report infestation of numerous trees around here and only managed to log one. Please spend some time on this app or take it off.

Not a user friendly app

I understand the intent of the app. It’s unstable and I’ve struggled to log infected trees. Photos I’ve taken don’t appear on my reports. Also, I’ve received no response to any queries logged. I’m left wondering what is the point of this app.
