Worst hotels to stay at , with very bad customer service
I had one of the worst experience booking a hotel room with one of their hotels , Treebo Seventh Heaven Kukatpally, the difference between the pictures of the hotel online and the actual hotel is like night and day, the hotel is very dusty with an abnormal amount of mosquitoes and I had called Treebo customer service twice to check if they would accommodate the parking of our 7 seater Innova and was told they would but the parking was not enough for our car the hotel receptionist was very rude about providing an alternative parking and was also very unprofessional and encouraged us to cancel the booking and once after the cancellation Treebo customer care just doesn’t care about the refund and in a way have stolen my hard earned money, highly recommend you to look elsewhere and avoid Treebo like a plague and not use anything connected to Treebo. In a nutshell below par hotels with very rude and terrible customer service!

My experience was really good with this hotel and app also. They provide clean rooms with ac all is working staff is very friendly and helpful. I also recommend to you go and have good service whatever you want. One of the standout features was the excellent attention to detail throughout the hotel. First of all I thank you for helping me. Recently I went to ernakulam it was a 12 hour journey and I’ve already booked a room from OYO and and I contacted them to confirm my reservation but when I got there they said that they were fully occupied at that time I informed my timing it’s going to be late and they said it was okay when you get there just call them after everything they did this It was 2:30 in the morning and I was angry disappointed. then I visited 5 hotels but they are fully occupied but then I find your site and I called you and it took just ten minutes to get a room I was really happy at that time thank you for your service ❤️

Worst experience
NOTE: i tried taking help on support through calls and whatsapp. Nobody helped Firstly, the checking was delayed as they said there were no rooms available. Then got the first room for checking at 1 pm. There was no one to helps with our luggage from basement to third floor. The room was getting cleaned. The staff took another 10 mins for cleaning and providing water and handwash. Later, the room’s fan was not working. After complaining, they took another 15 mins for second room to checkin on second floor. Due to powercut, i had to drag all the 4 bags to 2nd floor through stairs from 3rd floor. Again in room number 205, the lock was not working. The staff is till taking time to fix that. We haven’t checked in untill now. The room has split beds. The staff is still working. We haven’t got anyone until now to fix the issue. We are hungry but cannot go to the restaurant to have breakfast. Now its lunch time. The room is very cheap according to the price and discounts. The maintenance guy arrived at 2 30 pm and then the issue was fixed by 3 pm. That was my proper checking time. Till that time the hotel staff asked to leave the luggage and go for lunch. The washroom had smoking smell coming in eash time we enetere the room after going out for sometime. Then in the night we found that the AC remote batteries were dead as well. Worst experience ever. Got a standard room with split beds and no towel or seperate soap and moisturiser. This is what we are getting after showing the price of thr room for 6000. This was pathetic experience.

1.) Hotel staff was wait till midnight and provided us with the key which is really greatful
2.) Every morning the hotel staff provided us the complimentary breakfast which is good in taste wise and there was no limit for the breakfast
They have also provided milk coffee bread butter
Poha puri sabji fruits also taste wise is really great

4.) when was not in the hotel my sarees parcel came to the hotel place and I was not there hotel staff taken it on my behalf and when I reached the hotel back they have given my parcel safely to me

Stay review: one of the best stays in affordable prices that i see compare to other hotel industry right now. Lavish rooms, smooth checkin, never experienced any denies checkin with any of the properties I booked, I also had a very good customer support experience - quick, customer centric service.

App review: for developer: there is bug identified, I was trying to book a stay on 31st march in one of your property, it was midnight the dates were changed to 1st April as it after 12 am. when I book I should be giving 31st march and 1st April. So when I tried to book I was not able to select 31st march. I tried to reinstall the app still no luck. I believe this bug is when we try to book on the midnight on the last day of the month.
I wish Treebo to have the same or more standards that are maintained right now.

Scammer, worst app and hotel services
I booked a hotel in pune for my friend from treebo app. And paid through the app itself. But that time it showed payment unable to confirm your booking even though my payment has been deducted. I went to the hotel to enquire about the same they said they have the booking. And on the app it showed the booking number too. On the checkin day the hotel refuses that they don’t have the booking plus was very rude.
I called on the customer help line number and there was no option to connect with the assistant. On the call they said they have a booking with my number and asked to press 1 to get more details about booking and bam the next I hear they cancel the booking. There was no mention of cancellation from my side. What the hell. There’s no contact neither any assistant to help out with this. I will surely not recommend booking through the app or booking any hotel in treebo. Shame on you guys scamming the people with the money.
Oh yes I didn’t get any refund too. Disgusting !
