This update brings a brand-new Health homepage to Apple Watch: • Renewed Watch Homepage: Raise your wrist to view the 12 Two-Hour Periods of the Day, the three core treasures (Essence, Energy and Spirit) and visceral vitality, with the pulse diagnosis function retained. • Detailed Information of the 12 Two-Hour Periods: Tap the time period card to check health dos and don’ts for the active meridians; you may switch to a full-screen real-time ticking watch face, and turning the Digital Crown delivers a clicking gear tactile feedback. • Automatic Sync: The iPhone silently pushes the latest health data to the watch in the background without the need to manually launch the iPhone App. • Revised the description of annual membership discounts on the subscription page to align with actual pricing. Redesigned Treelet TCM: Additions New user guidance and user physical health profile; Meridian Flow Hero Card on Homepage: The top section displays a real-time ticking watch face of the 12 Two-Hour Periods, active meridians and a summary of health dos and don’ts; tap to enter the full-screen page of the 12 Two-Hour Periods. Triangular Radar Chart of Essence, Energy and Spirit: The card is updated to a minimalist triangular radar graph. Tap to view scores of Essence / Energy / Spirit, daily analysis and recommendations. Nightingale Rose Diagram for Visceral Vitality: Integrates the original visceral index and five internal organs vitality. Fans of the ten viscera can be rotated for focused viewing; the center shows balance level or single visceral syndrome type, paired with tactile clicking feedback. Optimizations Comprehensive homepage redesign: Adopted Large Title headers, grouped card styles, and reformatted the four HealthKit cards into Apple Health-style layout. Daily analysis and disclaimer are relegated to footnotes. The interpretations for Essence-Energy-Spirit metrics, visceral index, blood stasis index, dampness index and core health cards fully adopt age/gender/BMI norms to generate ratings more tailored to personal physical conditions. Essence-Energy-Spirit metrics, visceral vitality, blood stasis index and dampness index are made free features; tongue self-examination and visceral syndrome differentiation remain locked behind subscription. Notification permission pop-ups no longer trigger automatically on the Settings page; the startup sequence is adjusted to "Guidance → Splash Screen Ad → Homepage / Subscription Page". Bug Fixes Audio session is released once the startup animation and splash screen ad finish, preventing persistent occupation of system audio and interruption of audio playback from other applications. Recalculated the timing of ke divisions within the 12 Two-Hour Periods at hour boundaries to match reminder intervals. Localization Text related to guidance, user health profiles, Essence-Energy-Spirit radar cards and visceral vitality rose diagrams supports Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English. Added English and Traditional Chinese translations for syndromes including Lung Yin Deficiency, Spleen-Stomach Qi Deficiency, Liver Yang Ascending, Heart Yin Deficiency, Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis on visceral syndrome differentiation cards.
