About
Less time on your phone. More time training.
Treeniloki is a simple workout log for iPhone. Adjust weights and reps, record sets and switch exercises with swipe gestures. Once your routine is ready, stay focused on your workout with less typing.
SWIPE TO LOG
• Slide sideways from the center of a number to adjust weight or reps.
• Drag down to record a set.
• Swipe from the screen edge to change exercises.
• Swipe a recorded set left to delete it.
• Tap a number when you want to type an exact value.
YOUR ROUTINE, YOUR WAY
Start with a two-exercise example or create your own workout template. Edit exercises, order, default weights and reps. Add an exercise during a workout, too. The example values are editable starting points.
PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF
See your previous sets while training. Your next workout starts with the values from the first set of your last performance. Completed workouts, sets and duration are saved in history. Your current workout stays saved when you close the app.
EXPORT YOUR WORKOUTS AS MARKDOWN
Copy one workout or your full history as text, or share a .md file. Keep it in your notes or take it to an AI chat of your choice for analysis. You choose the service and the data you share. Treeniloki has no built-in AI service and never sends workouts automatically.
YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
Works offline, with no account required. No ads, tracking, subscriptions or in-app purchases. Templates and workouts are stored locally. Device backups may include your data depending on your system settings.
Available in English and Finnish. Weights use kilograms. Requires iPhone with iOS 26 or later.

Scroll smoothly up and down through your logged sets, with softly fading list edges. You can now reach and delete the first set without removing later sets. Touch and hold a set, then drag it onto another set to change the order. Your new order is also saved in workout history.
