Basic, no frills, just the facts, and that’s what I want
I just wanted an app to keep track of plants I put in my garden, I don’t want suggestions, advice, or plant identification, and this app gives me that. I can add a picture, and a note, it allows me to put in the Latin and the common name, all great.
The issues are I wish there more options for grouping the plants, right now it just seems to be when they’re entered into the app. It would be better if you had options to group them with time of planting, whether they’re a shrub or perennial, that sort of thing.
The database option, where you can share things to iCloud also seems to be broken.
The 4 stars are because it’s perfect for what I want as a gardener! Looking forward to updating all my plants to it!

Spart viel Arbeit
Ganz Toller App, wir haben mit dem Haus auch eine Obstwiese gekauft durch den App können wir alten neuen Baumbestand gut verwalten und planen ohne unnötige Zettelwirtschaft. Bitte mehr davon am besten noch fürs Beet und mit Kalenderfunktion 👍
Stabile App mit Verbesserungspotential
+ Schnitt, Düngergaben, Austrieb o.ä. von Pflanzen können festgehalten werden
+ zum Tagebuch der Pflanzen können Bilder gespeichert werden
- bei der Pflanzendefinition sollte es möglich sein, pro Art mehrere Sorten (als Katalog) zu hinterlegen
- die Verortungsfunktion ist für den Gebrauch in normalen Hausgärten zu ungenau
Ich wünsche mir zusätzlich eine Kalender-/ Erinnerungsfunktion, die es ermöglicht, bei den einzelnen Pflanzen kommende Termine (Düngen, Rückschnitt, ...) zu hinterlegen.

Hoping it will be a good app.
There is a help section which is informative but the forum and FAQ is in German so no good to me. Since it was released in early 2015 it does not look like they are in a hurry to release it in English. I will delete but check on it as I have been looking for a garden diary for ages and this one has what I want except for a translation.!
