TreeTribe: Trait Finder

TreeTribe Trait Finder is a guided experience that helps families, couples, educators, and leaders recognize the God-given, brilliant design in people of all ages so they can thrive together at home, in classrooms, and in leadership spaces. It is built on the proprietary Tree Type model by author, speaker, and life coach Hettie Brittz—first introduced in 2006 in the first edition of Growing Kids with Character and now updated for a new generation of parents, educators, and leaders. The app serves as a central hub, pointing users to curated Tree Type–informed resources for parenting, marriage, leadership, and personal growth from partners such as Tall Trees Profiles and Evergreen Parenting. Instead of a one-off quiz, TreeTribe offers regularly updated Trait Lists for each age group that help you spot the Tree Type design of every member of your “tribe.” As you work through carefully crafted traits and information about each Tree Type, you begin to recognize patterns in needs, behaviors, stress responses, and surprising gifts. Parents, teachers, and leaders can use this shared language to describe differences in ways that are age-appropriate, practical, and honoring of each person’s unique wiring.
