App is a total waste time and effort!
I have had nothing but trouble with the app. It connected by Bluetooth properly when I first installed the garden late Jan 2021. However I got no reminders to start off with.
The pump stopped working early February & I eventually got a replacement this week, March 15th!
This has made absolutely no difference and the Bluetooth connection keeps telling me that that there’s a connection error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times now. The reminders suddenly kicked in after a month!
Other Bluetooth devices work fine so it’s not my smart device connectivity!
Sooo frustrating as the T12 is not exactly a cheap purchase. I am having to clean the garden at least every 2 weeks and adding the nutrients is a waste of time to the reservoir as there’s no water pumping round. So a lot of green slime build up.
That said the seeds are growing successfully but only because I am regularly, on a daily basis, watering and maintaining. This defeats the objective of the way this has all been marketed as only needing 15 minutes of maintenance once a month!!!???
It would definitely be handy to be able to add ones own plants as it’s possible to grow such a wide variety.
Please advise how I can get some help re Bluetooth connectivity for the whole system to function properly!

Bug-tastic. Works, but only just.
On the sign up screen the cursor doesn't appear on the password field making it look like you can't select it. It took me a long time and much frustration to realise I could actually type in it and sign up. Why do you need my phone number?
On the plant type (seeds / pre bought plant). When you click on it, it doesn't move the tick, making it look like you haven't changed the selection. It's only when you leave the screen that you realise it's changed anything.
The app is almost there but just needed some testing to iron out these basic bugs and make it practical to use.

This app is not a joke, it is an insult! Total crap! Return this product
Well at least it follows what you program again
The developers fixed the issue of the T series not doing what it was programmed to do but now......
1)You can’t change the “Growing Phase” tapping it does nothing- broken
2) under “My Programs” when you slide to view the settings all it shows to the right of
Light

Repeat. Is label- this should be populated with the data of my program. Please fix.

There is no information about any of the plants listed in the app. All that is listed is literally “Lorem ipsum...”
Other than naming the system, what’s the point?
I can’t change the name of the garden once I select it? There’s only one function of the app and I can’t edit the name?
Still appears to be going through a brainstorming stage.
Does it do anything other than identify the garden? I don’t think it’s “controlling” the garden at all.
I would not have launched this app.
