Submitted and paid for BO account ages ago. It still shows submitted. What a nonsense.

Worst customer service

I have an issue with the app while depositing and the customer service team on whatsapp just leaves you on seen and does not respond! It has been 2 weeks and I STILL have not been refunded or they did not even resolve it yet! Lost all the money!
