Tentei entrar pq já tenho conta nesse app, e não funciona! Tentei fazer um novo cadastro e msm assim não faz, só aparece que á erros nas credenciais . Melhoremmmm!!!!

Brazil is way behind to buy or pay any tickets online.. So way behind compared to other countries..so many errors

For a monument visited by so many people, I don’t understand how this app is not fully functional.

Eu já vi app ruim, mas quem fez esse aqui tá de parabéns! Design horrível, usabilidade zero, e não finaliza a compra, sempre dá erro de conexão 🤦🏼♂️

It doesn’t work
I first tried registering an account in the browser website after picking a date and time and it wouldn’t register, returning an error. I used the iOS app and was able to register, but after choosing a date and time it says error and doesn’t work. Then after clicking to see my account it says bad credentials and logging in doesn’t work so it seems it didn’t register me afterall? There’s no email feedback to know. In the end nothing worked.

Very basic, does not load, then when it finally loads you are not able to login, waste of time

Tried to make reservations for over an hour online, but the form wouldn’t accept my US phone number. Registered and purchased tickets within a minute of downloading the app! Frustrated that I let others negative reviews keep me from trying the app. Get it now! You won’t regret it!
To the Guy that tried five times ...
Check the card and try with another one. My friend tried 5 times with out succes and i tried one with my card with no problem. Mine was a debit card , see if that helps

Utterly terrible. Have tried five times to buy tickets with this app and it will not go through. If you will not sell tickets in person, you have to have an app that actually works!
