Aspect ratio broken, can not play
I used to play this game a lot and enjoyed. I downloaded it again recently and it doesn’t work. The play screen is half off phone screen like the aspect ratio is wrong. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max with the latest software

This game is a great game to play when your bored
I started playing this game yesterday day, and what I see, is that all these bad reviews are old and already fixed, there are so many things to do in this game! The only thing that could be improved is the AI, it should stay in trenches, and charge when it has a lot of men. And the multiple player does not work because no one plays this game...

MY PERKS!
I swear, every single time I play my perks reset. I can't even get any level 2 upgrades because every single time I save my points THEY DISAPPEAR! I even bought your other Trenches game in a hope to see it only in that version. But even then it's the same! I used to love this game but now it's complete bull! How am I supposed to win when the AI spams out tanks yet I only get basic infantry?!?

They made a new app that is $.99 that is almost the exact same but not free just so they can make money, instead of just updating the original. Wow
More factions...
I have always been a fan of trenches, but this game could be much more improved if there were other different factions from WW1 (e.g. Austria-Hungary, Russia, and America) and if the AI settings turned up the heat and actually made it harder to win. Also different maps would be greatly appreciated and could be incorporated into the game with more factions...?

Fun but buggy
I was having fun but I'm stuck at choose your battle (in france) and it won't let me select the next battle. Also you don't have to do anything except send endless waves of riffle men to win the level, add a tank and it's over in eight minutes!
Good but can be Better
What happened to the endless zombie mode. I would buy the first one for my iPad again but can't find it on iTunes. That was the best part of the game. Please make an endless mode for the second one please or bring the first one back please
What is up with multiplayer?
This game when working is amazing, but in the last month, I haven't been able to connect to a single multiplayer match. The servers are clearly messed up. This computer is far too easy to beat to enjoy playing without multiplayer. With multiplayer working this game is a 5-star but without it, don't even waste your time.

Big disappointment
I enjoyed the first game and thought there was great potential for a sequel. Well, I still do but EA failed to deliver.
The single player is unbelievably boring. There is almost zero variation from one level to the next. The AI is pathetic. The maps are super long. Combat only ever takes place on about a tenth of the map. Most of the time is spent waiting while your units trudge along an empty battlefield. Despite all the new units, you'll never need anything other than the basic riflemen to defeat the AI.
Multiplayer sounds great but I've never been able to find an opponent!
All this and still not a single update!

Stupid AI makes a great game dumb
I loved the 1st version, but this new version has terrible AI even when set to commander. They spent to much time making it pretty and not enough making it challenging like the old version. The AI in the first game would kick your but, this games AI seems stuck on stupid. Hopefully this is a bug and not a feature.

What A.I.? Needs some work... :-/
Great game but the campaign blows. Most levels u can get 3 riflemen and casually walk to the enemy base. Also if you leave the app then come back and 'resume', your guys are in the right place, but... the map is reset...
Good game, but....
Trenches is a fun game that can't get old but it has two problems. One, the tanks need to move faster, and two, there needs to be a zombie horde skirmish gameplay like trenches for the ipod touch had. Other than that the game is great. It would be nice if a zombie gameplay was added to trenches II or make a Stenches app like there is for iPod touch. A must have soon!!

A small glitch
The best game ever just one problem their is a small glitch now when i go to the map i can't select a battle please fix it please!!!!!!!
Decent game, needs work though
I think the game concept and gameplay is rather decent and fun.
However, please make it easier to select a particular unit, as well as distinguish the different units, whether that is making the unit icons larger or enabling a zoom feature, because at the moment the icons are ridiculously small and it is near impossible to select the unit you actually want to select, or see which unit is which.
Also, it would be nice if there were a mini-map at the top of the screen to see how far along you are so you have a rough idea.

This game is one of my favorites!
This game is amazing! But it would be better if wen they get killed the army's and legs and head stay on the body. But it would be awesome if the bodies never disappear! But could you just put a gas mask men for one of the infantrymen! And I just noticed thet the field general only comes out on the tutorial. Just please put the field general as one of the infantry! But really good game but get rid of the mustaches please! It's a really good game though.

Very Detailed
This is a really good game but I still like TrenchesVS better. I think it's cool that you choose which side you want to be on. (German, French, or British) You can unlock achievements and buy perks but it is kind of hard. I give it a 4.
