Trent micro on my desktop
I was having big problems 20 years ago. Attack on my desktop endlessly. In the shop that I went to to have my computer repaired said we use trend micro exclusively. You should try it an idea and that’s what I use and now I use it on my mobile devices my phones. The best.

Coverage
I’ve had trend on my PC for years and have been told that I could cover two more units with my coverage. I cannot get it to cover my I Phone no matter how hard I try. You people don’t make it easy at all. Very disappointing.

Cannot install + shocking customer support
Trend Micro subscriber since 2008. No service issues until recently, when I renewed my subscription and discovered that I couldn’t re-install the Mobile Security app. The support rep gave me an initial (vague) explanation as to what was causing the issue, but has not bothered to provide a timeline for resolution or to follow up. Again, for the length of time I have subscribed to Trend Micro, the level of customer support has been shocking.

iTunes no longer exists
Please. I have renewed subscription. Does not work on mobile app. Cannot activate renewed subscription. Says only through iTunes. Apple does not have iTunes anymore. Please fix this. I already paid.

I find it’s sometimes difficult to find all the information when you open the app
