Another junk app in iOS store
App crashes as soon adding device. Shame on Trendnet not resolving the issues besides customer complaints.
Not sure if the app or the product itself is worst!?
Where to begin ... the app looks like Like it was made by a 5 year old... a blind man could have made a better UI and the flow for any of the features may have been designed by someone with mental issues... and that’s me being nice!! Now to the product... how can the product disconnect sooooooooooooooooooo many times?! It’s ridiculous... for anyone who bought this product is or looking to buy it... DONT DO IT!!!! It’s not worth it even if they were giving this away for free!!! Move along... there is nothing to see here!!!

Lost connection
Whenever I'm out from home using my iPhone, the network loses it's connection. It would reflect as offline, and I have no control of the device at all. And when I am in my home network, I gain connection again. It is time to update this app.
Useless product
I bought this product a month ago, at first it seemed ok for 3 weeks then it kept going into offline mode no matter how many times I tried to reset & switched it on & off again but to no avail!!! I called the Singapore technical support hotline written on the box but ended up talking to a lady called Lanny from India!!! WTF!!! She kept asking me for my name, contact number, email address & country code. I tried to give her the product model number & UID number, but she seemed more interested in getting my details than getting info about the faulty product!!! Wasting more than half an hour & getting nowhere!!! Why can't they get someone in Singapore to help me fix this junk product of theirs which has a warranty period of 3 years but can't even last 3 weeks!!! My advice is if you are looking for a wireless remote switch please look elsewhere, no point wasting your money on a half-finished product!!!
