Unreliable, difficult
This is set up at a new condo project in Pattaya. This is a very poorly written app. It’s very difficult to use and it’s not reliable. You’re better off using coins. This has made my experience doing laundry 10 times more difficult than it should be. I added time to the dryer while it was in progress. The app charged me, showed the time in the app, but the machine stopped at the original time. The machine display kept showing “connection lost”. I hope the developers improve this in the very near future. It’s currently useless.
Update: Today I tried to top up my account. The credit card was charged. The app had a spinning indicator that never stopped. The money never made it into my account. When I texted trendy online, they told me it would take two days to get the money into the account. This app is a joke. Definitely do yourself a favor and go to the juristic office and get 10 baht coins.

แอพกินเงิน จ่ายเงินไปแล้วเครื่องไม่ทำงาน คืนเงินก็ยุ่งยาก โอนเงินคืนเองผ่านแอพก็ไม่ได้ แอพช้า เด้งออก นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวก็ไม่มีให้อ่าน แถมยังต้องใช้ที่อยู่ของโทรศัพท์อีก ขโมยข้อมูลไปขายหรือเปล่าก็ไม่รู้ แทนที่จะให้กดค้นหาแทน
