This is the worst app I have ever used. Way to sensitive it just keeps Turning the deck as I am trying to expand the length

Very hard to use. How do I get to device gallery?

Locked up my phone and had to restart my phone to get out of the lockdown. Tried again and same thing.

Tried to use the app and just got a black screen that told me to get more light. It was mid day. Unusable. Don’t recommend
freezes upon opening
Cannot use this app it freezes upon opening and will not go past the first screen
Zero star
I was hoping to visualize adding a deck to the front of my house. This app could not find a starting point ANYWHERE except inside my house. Who puts a deck inside their house?

Not easy to use
Really just need an option to take a picture of your deck and then superimpose various deck board colors and styles to see what works. But to have to stand there and “build your deck” while holding the camera still as your phone starts to overheat is ridiculous. This could be so simple, but they made it unnecessarily complicated and glitchy.

Difficult to use
Very difficult to use product. The he UI is not intuitive. I app was a total waste of a download!
Not User Friendly
This is the worst app I’ve ever seen for the amount of money that they charge for their product. They could at least have an app that actually worked first thing off. Is you have a railing? What if you don’t want a railing on something that’s sitting on the ground to begin withthis app was worthless. It did not help me at all. It’s a shame.

Needs to be like a flooring app I used took a picture of the room clicked on the flooring I liked a voila. The flooring was in the room picture.

Fix the bugs
I can’t even get to using the app because the camera function won’t work, regardless of whether or not I’ve given the app permission for the camera or not.
Hot mess
This thing is glitchy at best. It's hard get the deck to the correct dimensions and impossible to get it at the correct level against the house. There's also no ability to add stairs.

I have used other visualizer apps before so I have good knowledge of how they work. However for the life of me I could not get this app to successfully scan my area/deck. It would be so much better if the app allow you to use a screen shot to work off of.
Terrible UX
I have been in the market to design and build a deck. The overall market has plenty of options but no one leading the way. Color clarity is hard and visualization is terrible. TREX should be leading the way, but they are not. Poor app.

No instructional guidance
No instructions on how to utilize the AP. I somewhat had a layout over my current deck, however I lost it all because it doesn’t give a save option on the screen.
Not completed
Neat idea but you can’t really design a deck with this- just gives you 6” chunks- so much for my 8x20 deck. Also it’s just one level and no steps- no guidance on supports- tree really missing the boat here. How great would it be to actually design the deck and order the materials from the app
App not working properly
I’m having difficulty getting the app to work. It’s not user friendly. I tried the chat and that went no where as well. The chat was unable to answer my questions. Big waste of time. I wish it had went well
