Won’t pair
I can’t get the slider to pair with the app. Recommended to update firmware, but the only way to do that is by pairing to the app. Pan and tilt paired time, but the slider just won’t. Disappointing unboxing.
So frustrated.
Can’t get app to work properly or function in a useful way. For a product that costs $1,200 ish dollars, this is unacceptable. It tries to pair. When it does and you go to use it, it either unpairs or grays out. Every so often it would slide once before not working again.

My axel isn’t working
Just received today - Nov 1 2023 - XL slider isn’t working at all. No updates whatsoever. Will change if anything else changes.
Still can’t get multiple devices to pair
App updated and had a new firmware update for my slider XL and 2 pan and tilt modules, but when I try and pair the 3 with app, only 1 device ends up paired, making the app useless. I can still pair the devices manually but am unable to do any of the move feathering that the app allows.
Go the Pro XL 3 axis and can’t seem to get all 3 devices connected at once
I seem to be able to pair 2 devices, but if I try and pair 3 (which often doesn’t work at all) just one device ends up paired. I have spent all day trying to get this working and I don’t seem to be able to get it to work on my iPhone 14 pro or iPad Pro M2.
