Transfer
Was really hard to get them to transfer not very seamless or easy to do texted twice and left an email and still haven’t heard anything. Worried about my product.
Approval takes forever

This place is great. Has excellent deals and the employees are super nice and friendly. Simple and easy to use. Picking up items is simple and speedy. Just park, make note of your space number, walk inside and pay, go back to you slot smd wait smd your items are brought to you promptly. Doesn’t get any better than this. Very pleased with all my outcomes.

Great! But room for slight improvement
I’ve moved around the country quite a bit in the last 10 years and have been part of several different liquidation auction locations. The only problem with these places is that once it catches on it gets very hard to when products at good prices. I think they need to have incentives or premium memberships in order to get first dibs on specific things to entice more people or make good customers want to continue buying things. Just a thought.

First Purchase
Setting up my account was easy. Once approved to bid.. the bidding process was simple. I got 3 great deals on the items I wanted. Picking up the item was easy and quick. Simply go to the front counter and identify yourself, then pay for the items. I recommend cash as there are fees if you use a credit or debit cards. Then simply wait by your vehicle and they’ll bring your items to you and even load them for you. The entire process was easy-peasy.

Great app and company
Really have had very few issues with the app. I do wish the interface was a little more customizable, but I’m happy with it and my purchases overall. Staff is great too!

Everything I’ve won has not left me disappointed! I did get some really great deals but you must shop around for sales because you have to keep in mind the 15% surcharge. Im very happy with my purchases & the price I paid. I’ve learned to watch the auctions to determine how high people will go. The staff, especially Cindy (she’s sweet on the phone, also) at the checkout window, are all courteous & friendly. Plus the young man, wish I got his name (very tall, athletic NC State grad w/long dreads) is very nice helping load up my treasures! I screwed up thinking I was bidding on Raleigh items & actually was on Williamston, SC & won. I freaked out I was going to have to drive 5 hours to get there. I called Cindy, and she said not worry, it’s only $5 an item to transfer. My items were still cheaper than other online retailers. FYI: they don’t have public restrooms.

I can understand 5% maybe but 15% buyers premium is crazy and greedy.

Quality of service in this area has been declining for there are some issues with the auction process and some issues with having to check your history.having won pallet and to be told it’s not there.Leaving pallets out for sale and keeping them as they were purchased. Have received a great deal of trash .(product that isn’t worth a cent)(broken/doesn’t work)Tools are being sold as a single unit and not working.(I received (2) sanders that burnt up as I placed a battery in unit. Very impressed with the smooth functionality of this app of a local business. I’ve been using it daily since discovering triangle liquidators a couple months ago and it’s always a smooth experience. I’ve never run into issues / bugs. Love it

John and his team are very easy to work with they are very professional and very nice, if you remember to bid like there’s something wrong with the item or items you won’t be upset about the deals you receive. If bye any chance they make even the slightest mistake they will make it right but if you over pay for something bye bidding to much that’s on you but they make it right if it’s something they did, I have been doing business with them for well over 16 months now and don’t have any problems with them at all, thank you all and keep up the great work you all are doing.

Waste of money and 5 hr drive.
My first time buying anything from this business. I spent $1200 to get home and find out that one pallet with two vanity’s and a lamp WERE ALL BROKEN. How disappointing to think I was saving money on a home remodel and actually I just lost money. I saw other pallets stated “damaged” but mine did not or I wouldn’t have wasted my money. A lesson learned the hard way.

Automatic outbid
Every time you bid on something you get outbid right away up to 3 time in a row and when you are not bidding it seems like nobody else is bidding for it

Great pallets at a great price!!
This place is my top pick on wholesale pallets right now. They always have the inventory I’m looking for and I’m able to get a good deal for price per unit. I have made a lot of money this year with Triangle Liquidators to thank for the extra income.
Disappointed Buyer
There is a lot of junk in the bins. I decided not to buy an item I had bid on and was banned from the site. Apparently all the stuff I had bought before meant less than 1 item I decided not to purchase.
Over charged for shipping
Bought at a table saw from SC says 5. Dollars for shipping tools but charged me 75 dollars said it was a large tool nothing on that site said they charged more for larger tools . It was just one tool wouldn’t have bought it if I knew I was going to be charged a extra 70 dollars for shipping.
