Needs pause button
Looked at using this for one of my kids with cognitive and processing issues. Suggest the following: Have an adjustable speed for the voice, or a different voice that reads more slowly while each word read becomes larger and bolder. Have the ability to pause a section so child can take it in. The part where they reviewed the fish experience with feelings, behavior and thoughts was unable to be paused long enough to process the separate bits of information making it a little useless on the most important part.
Lots of potential in this app, just doesn't work as well for kids who are slower processors or cognitively challenged.

Love this App but please add more
I love this app. My clients love using this in session and want to complete the activity over and over but after a couple times they are always asking for more! It would be great if it added more sets of stories to it. Maybe have a 2nd and 3rd “chapter” to it with other scenarios. It has really helped my clients and they love it.
My clients have not complained about the glitch. I had trouble getting thru the section but they figure it out :). the sound is quieter on certain parts but they can hear it and doesn’t bother them.

Excellent except for sound issues and glitch
Developers, PLEASE fix the glitch on the panther level and add more levels! This is an excellent game and I am enjoying using it with my clients. It is great practice to help my clients learn the cognitive triangle.

I have experienced the same glitch in the panther level as well as the sound getting so quiet in the level that the client cannot hear the instructions - other than that the game is amazing!

How to get around the glitch
I downloaded this on the iPad and I’m really impressed with it with one exception, On the panther level your child might get very frustrated because there’s a glitch. If you get the thought stones in order the third one will disappear before you can get it. The way around this is to get the first stone, Skip the second stone, Get the third stone, Then come back for the second stone! I see from Other reviews this has been a problem for a while And I really don’t understand why the developers don’t fix it. This is an incredible app so much potential for more levels. I have a son who has school induced PTSD And we are trying to find resources to help him. There’s really not much like this out there, so developers please please please fix this glitch and add more levels!

Panther
The panther chapter glitches and won’t let you get the last stone to complete the chapter. Other than that the app it great.
Great game!
Helps kids (and even some adults) see the difference between thoughts, feelings, and actions and how they relate to each other. My only suggestion would be to please add more levels, as all levels can be completed in 15 minutes or so.
Please fix the glitch! And please update with more content!
The glitch in the panther chapter, which has been reported long ago, is still not fixed. This really tests kids patience and is triggering, especially for kiddos that have behavioral problems and difficulty regulating themselves. It makes me almost not want to use it... almost. It’s a great game but could be so much better if more content was added! This is such a unique tool, please please please keep it going!

I really want to like this app
But it keeps freezing up at certain times and there is no help button. If I am frustrated trying to jump over a boulder and not making it I am sure the children. I work with are going to be frustrated as well!

I am a therapist (LPC) I love this app. It is great for the new age child who perfects apps over traditional techniques.
Glitch
As a mental health therapist trained in tfcbt i use this app all the time, but i have to find ways to work around the glitch and it gets frustrating! Please fix it. I cant access the Intro any more either.
Issues with Panther Chapter
I noticed someone else mentioned it last year, so I wanted to say that the glitch in the panther chapter still isn’t working. You can’t get the last thought stone to move on to the final chapter (wolf). I found the button that lets you unlock all of the chapters, but not until my client had already left. Other than this issue, the app/game is great!

Problem with panthers chapter
My clients loved this app and it kept them engaged when talking about thoughts, but they can not get the last thought stone in panthers chapter. It means there is no way to finish the game. Please fix the glitch in the second to last chapter.

I can see how this app will be very useful for children. Even as an adult though, it helped me brush up on my basic CBT skills.
