Amazing
I have at least half a dozen banking and credit card apps on my phone and this one is hands-down the best. Kudos to the team developing this. Keep up the great work.
Piece of trash app
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a less user friendly app. I tried to set up my password and got a message that I already had an account (it’s possible that I set one up years ago). But I can’t remember the password so I click on Forgot my password. I put in my email and get a message that says we can’t find an account for this email address. So I go and create an account and get a message that there’s already an account linked to my email. So which one is it?

Great, but the Apple wallet doesn’t work.
The app is fine, has some great deals even. However, the Apple wallet card doesn’t work. You have to go into the app to scan your Triangle card.

Stop asking for touch ID
I specifically do not use Touch ID for apps so please stop asking to use it with a pop up every time I open the app.

App doesn't even have the creditcard capability on it.
The app is frustrating to use. It asks me to verify my identity every time I log in, even though I’m using the same trusted device. That shouldn’t be necessary for every login.
On top of that, I can’t even view my credit card account in the app, which defeats the purpose of having a banking app. Please improve the login experience and add full credit card account access. Also it is not even with the Banking categories on iPhone

BUGS - PLEASE FIX ASAP!
I like the app but it has serious bugs when linked to Petro Canada and RBC card partners. I have my Triangle account linked to my RBC Visa card and it shows LINKED on the Triangle website but shows UNLINKED in the app. Same as for my Petro Canada cards. I previously got bonus eCTM from my Canadian tire purchases but for my last 4 shopping trips I have not received any eCTM even though I used my linked RBC Visa card. How do I get my missing bonus eCTM ?

Missing Rewards dollars
On July 9 I filled up my tank at the Canadian tire and Confed Saskatoon and I did not receive the two dollar bonus for filling my tank with at least 25 L.

Glitchy
I would happily give this app a 5 star rating except I frequently have glitches when I try to complete my order . It tells me we are having issues and try again later….over and over again 😩
Non existent customer service. Rewards don’t actually work often. App randomly doesn’t log in.
These guys are never available. They don’t even post their hours. The store is open. Rewards and cards are closed, IN THE AFTERNOON.
You can’t go in and pay your bill anymore. It was ‘temporary’. Usual game.
They don’t listen to feedback either.
Poor support, never open. When your card decides to not work or even the app decides to not log in for no reason you can’t reach anyone. They don’t care and have horrible customer service. My worst cards for customer service. App is very unreliable.
Points promos don’t work as they say in the app, and painful process to try to resolve so not worth the promo.

CONSTANT bugs
Love this app for savings but getting it to work on the first try is rare. Most of the times I can’t log in, offers won’t load, offers are glitching and you can’t activate them. The list goes on, and it’s been years of these bugs so you’d think they’d be fixed by now.
I moved
I made an online order I hope to be able to pick it up tomorrow morning without any problems. My billing address has changed and I inputed my new address but the system erased it. I believe my Triangle Mastercard info it up to date

App is useless
Missed a payment by a day. CTFS locks my entire credit card and no scheduled payments can be made. Email says to check the message centre for details, but in the app there are zero messages. Log into the website and finally get the bad news. What is the point of the app if I can’t get timely information or schedule important bills?!

Card member for 5 years
I love the app; it shows me how much cash back I have and shows all the deals going on in one place to get more rewards, easy to use, I even have been able to accept credit card increases directly on the app! I really appreciate the triangle mastercard, I needed to get new snow tires and a man working at canadian tire filled the application for me and i got approved for 3k right away, i stayed on top of my payments and i am proud to say i have a 13k limit now, thank you triangle
