Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard
The new addition of Tims Rewards 2026 is going to become helpful but they need to fix the links and bugs in order to link Triangle with Rewards Programs.

Poor support, never open. When your card decides to not work or even the app decides to not log in for no reason you can’t reach anyone. They don’t care and have horrible customer service. My worst cards for customer service. App is very unreliable.
Points promos don’t work as they say in the app, and painful process to try to resolve so not worth the promo.

Techinical Issues
Terrible app. Cannot even add Triangle Rewards card to Apple Wallet – technical issues
Mediocre app
I travel overseas and this app can’t be updated unless I change the App Store to Canada & neither the app works unless app is updated.
Poorly Written App
App doesn’t always login. Most times it states a generic “Issue encountered” error message. Often it keeps prompting to log in again and won’t accept password. Can’t open app in Canadian Tire stores to collect points.

Buggy app
Important feature like "add rewards card to wallet" is mysteriously always down so you keep using their app.
Years of this issue has left me with lingering distaste.
This app annoys me. I’ve been using it for over 5 years now and STILL they haven’t figured out how to display the payment due date. You have to log into the ctfs website on laptop in order to plan your finances every since month. Super inconvenient. Was alright for a long while but I’m quite sick of it now. It’s 2026. Why can’t I just schedule payments from my phone yet.

The App used to function properly. Now it only buffers when you try to login on iPhone 12.

Too slow, too much advertising and very difficult to login when you in another country! terrible app.
Does not open
Suddenly stopped working. Won’t open even with Face ID. Rebooted my phone but still it doesn’t open. Deleted and reinstalled this app. Tried to sign in and still doesn’t open. Every other apps work fine. What’s going on ?

I applied a new card before 22 days but I didn’t get my new card yet. I don’t like this service. I want my new card as soon as possible and also I want to be confirm home address Becuse I am thinking may be they send on old address . I called 2 3 times but no response
