Scam!
Do not use this app. I believe this company stopped existing but continues to collect payment. I signed up for a subscription and they took my $130 but the product never came. Customer service is not existent and did not respond to multiple inquiries.
Never got my book
I purchased the single receipt plan for $15 made a nice book and it never came . I sent out emails and messages to the support team never got a reply and this has been throughout 3 months . Is this a joke ? What a scam , is the company still active because this is ridiculous
Not Professional
When I first downloaded this I was very pleased with it. It seemed to run smoothly.
Sadly, the app is no longer working for me and although I’ve been in touch with the person who first promoted it to me, I have not been able to get into this app for weeks. The worse part is I emailed them two times and no one has reached out to me. I’ve been told that there seems to be no problem on their end. Is that how you handle a problem? By not answering an email and just saying I guess it’s your problem?
My big concern is that they have my payment and I can’t get into the app to remove it. I won’t be happy if I’m charged for a service I can no longer access.

Must have! Family bonding app
I absolutely love the concept and my parents too! Being able to share a monthly journal to my family is the best idea/gift I could send them. They follow and save our journey, it doesn’t get lost in our phones. Price is so reasonable!! I love it, you’ll love it too!
