Don’t update if you have old images!!!
Updated the app for my new pregnancy and lost all of my previous images. Hopefully can get them back at my next appointment. Devastated.
Buggy app
This app is extremely slow and buggy. I keep having a hard time to log in to view my images. And once I’m logged in, it wouldn’t let me download the images. I have to keep closing the app and reopening it again to have it work once out of 9 tries…so frustrating.

Doesn’t work half the time
I’m not the one to complain but my doctors doesn’t offer prints at all they only give you ultrasound pics via this app and I have been trying for 4-5 months now to view my ultrasound pics and they will never load. It just stays on a solid white screen. It’s really aggravating and pisses me off cause I just want to be able to have the pics of my child. Guess I won’t ever be able to download my pics or even view them. Smh.

Needs a lot of work
The links never open to the new images, generally open to a blank page. New images don’t upload for sometimes over a week. In theory the app is a good idea but it just doesn’t work and is incredibly frustrating
I love this app!!
I’ve had this app for 3 years since I was pregnant with my daughter and even though the like says the pictures only stay for 90 days I still have all the pictures and videos from when I was pregnant with her 3 years ago. I’m pregnant again and they use this app to send the ultrasounds again and all of my pictures are in the same place together and I can see all of them. I have downloaded this app into multiple phones in the 3 years and my pictures and everything always shows up.

Need a login so that you can back up pictures when moving to a new phone
When you down load this app on a new phone you would think that there would be a way to move the pictures from one phone to another but you can’t. Also no health provider has the link left after 90 days like come on you stupid app creators.
Baby pics
I love that it’s so easy to download the pictures and 4D videos. And I can also send them from the app to anyone I’d like!

If your phone were to mess up. Good lose all photos because there's no login option. You would figure there would be a login option being ultrasound photos. I truly hate the hospital I went to. I'd prefer printed photos..

Photos don’t load. I’ve tried entering the link directly to the app and nothing. Wish it worked!!
Does not work
I’m trying to get to my pictures and I can not!!! I downloaded the app and opened it and it is stuck on the introduction screen!!! This is ridiculous! I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and that did not work! I even restarted my phone and that did not work!!! Now I’m not able to look at my ultrasound pics. Thank you for that!

Can’t see my images
Did the recent update and I can’t see any of my images or videos. Heartbreaking as it’s the only thing I have as a memory of my pregnancy!!

Save pics!
This app did work for me BUT after my phone updated it deleted all but the latest ultrasound pic. I suggest saving all the pics because you can’t rely on this app for too long. Save, print, and frame 😊

This app deleted all my ultrasound photos!
I just put the new update & it literally deleted my ultrasound pictures, this is just horrible

Errors
Everytime I open the app, it just keeps sliding through them like it’s on a slideshow or something. It won’t allow me to stop, save, or anything. I’m very disappointed because I have a ton of ultrasound pictures and videos on here. I’ve uninstalled and redownloaded several times, which didn’t help at all. I truly hope this gets resolved soon.

Pictures not showing up :(
I have tons of pictures on my Tricefy...thought they would always be safe, but unfortunately I was wrong. There’s only one batch out of about 5 that appear as pictures on the app while the others look like there’s an image there but there’s no actual image...I am so sad I have lost all these pictures of my baby.
