Nothing opens up just a blank screen
Videos won’t play
I have just downloaded the app. When I click on the video link it comes up blank/black. When I press the play button it goes back to the Home Screen. Can you either fix the app so I can view the videos or can I have my money back please?

Stopped working
I bought this app about 3 years ago for my eldest and he loved it. My youngest just started the tricky words and I wanted to play the songs for him but app is not working, there isn’t an update.

I am very disappointed to pay for an app to find that it doesn’t work. I am unable to contact the developers to notify them of the issue, hopefully they will see this review and issue a fix.
Videos do not play, black screen of player loads and app locks up.

Doesn’t work
This doesn’t work on my iPad or phone. Just a black screen and very loud music. Very disappointing

Waste of money. DO NOT PURCHASE
This is not an app but unprofessionally produced videos. Not interactive and not appealing to children of any age. A complete waste of money and a rip off.

Tricky words with Geraldine Giraffe
Love Geraldine, this makes learning fun as Geraldine can be a little mischievous and this adds to the fun for a child, highly recommend giving Geraldine a try, great value and app.

Geraldine Rules!
As a primary school teacher, I know that tricky words are always really difficult for little ones to learn. With Geraldine my four year old doesn’t even realise she is learning them! Lovely videos and catchy tune! Geraldine really makes them giggle too! A great app and lots in it.

Great app. Short clips can be used often to help the children learn. I would highly recommend Geraldine, her character makes handling these tricky words a piece of cake.
