Poor app development
This app used to work fine. It does now offer Touch ID login. As of a few weeks ago it started freezing after photo capture for mobile deposits. After several tech support calls they finally said they’re aware of the issue and it’s due to an incompatibility between iOS and the app. That’s crazy when a good portion of the population uses iOS. Testing with iOS and android should be standard for app developers. They had no answers on when the issue might be fixed.

Impossible Customer Interface
This app is no better than the online interface which continually needs resetting. The latest problem: Three identification points (Acct #, ID, password) makes TriCounties incompatible with outside banks making it impossible to transfer funds. Then, you get kicked off TriCounties and have to call to reset. And this is supposed to be the newer better Business Account interface? Infuriating

Slow to load, no Face ID, clunky password interface that needs resetting all the time. Bill pay is a complete joke. I absolutely hate this app and the website isn’t much better. I can’t believe this company is still in business. I’m done with it.
Too many issues to list
First off, the app NEEDS Touch ID. It’s convenient and faster to log on w/o having to enter passwords these days which have so many characters. Also, when the screen sleeps it automatically logs you off, which is terribly inconvenient, especially when you have to manually enter your credentials again. That needs attention ASAP. Not being able to differentiate between credits and debits easily makes this app very unfriendly to users. The personal app displays credits in green and debits in black. Don’t understand why these issues were not addressed at inception. Please do an overhaul, because it’s very frustrating to use this app. Thank you.

Bill payment not working!!!
Annoying to not be able to complete a payment through the app. Makes me want change banks because of this underdeveloped app.
