Still a lot of work is needed
Happy to finally see a landscape mode. Lots of issues with trying to view the circular. When enlarging it to view better it keeps jumping to grid mode, this is on iPad and iPhone. Search is still very limited with products coming up as not found when I know they are stocked in each store. Still not very user friendly and so many people using this app are seniors. I know you are losing a ton of revenue because of that…I know you can do better, please try. I’ve also seen that a lot of reviews are now missing. I know this because some of mine from summer 2025 are now gone…interesting.

Still not working on iPad
After a month and being in contact with developer this app still doesn't work on iPAD IOS 16.7.11. Developer asked for my account, well you shouldn’t need an account to just use the app to look at the weekly ad? Haven’t heard anything back for a month now so I’m guessing they aren’t putting a lot of effort into fixing this. All you get is the spinning wheel. It does not work on iPhone IOS 15.9.4.

Still not very user friendly
Again app not responsive on iPad…so frustrating. App now isn’t responsive to a different iPhone and iPad. Both are using necessary OS systems. Have reinstalled app several times and still only get spinning wheel. An interesting fact, I was looking for Ruffles chips a while back and it only came up with one type, the Baked. Yet there were tons of Lay’s chips listed. I know they carry more then just the Baked so please Trigs get on board and fix this stuff. So much missing for product selection when I know you carry these products. Frustrating….

Still pretty bad
Doesn’t work well on iPhone now. Just keeps spinning star after choosing store. Had same issue on iPad, but it sometimes works, 1 out of 8 tries. That’s not do good either. Reinstalled several times and still no use. Just not user friendly. No landscape view and no microphone access for people that can’t type. Do better please. NOTE... I just tried to use the app on my iPad and it is not working anymore either.

Very well organized and easy to use! We live in Green Bay and this service is so much better then either Pick n Save or Festival.

Label
Still need nutritional label info. I need to know ingredients due to diet restrictions. Hate that when i add a comment, to let’s say produce, the app adds the comment to ALL the produce i choose. Every item that has a flyer coupon i had to keep track of and comment for the cashier to apply the coupon. Flyer coupons should automatically show correct price. Not user friendly. Takes me 2 or more HOURS to shop. Very unhappy with this.

Needs a lot of work
I’m so glad the app exists but there are many bugs to work out. The search functionality is terrible. Many of your products do not surface on the app. But like I said, glad the whole system exists so I can get groceries delivered but it is one of the worst apps I have used in this market.

I am confused
When I order 3 of something, why do I only get one? I thought I ordered 3 Diet Coke packs, But only received one.
Not user friendly
Tried to get dry pasta. Entered pasta, dry pasta, noodles, etc and only comes up with prepared, sauced products. Several other instances of this. Walmart's is very user friendly but we like Trigs store offerings better.
