I got the video for the pooja on time and the quality of the video was very clear. I also received the prasad of the pooja which was packed properly and delivered in time as well. This app is a scam in the name of devotion.
I booked 2 Chadawas through this app and it’s been over a week, ZERO confirmation, no SMS, no email, no update. Forget transparency; they don’t even bother telling you when or if your Chadawa will actually be offered.
No order confirmation.
No communication whatsoever.
No video received.
Their support phone doesn’t answer, WhatsApp is a joke, completely unresponsive.
This is the most pathetic, unprofessional, and unreliable service I’ve ever experienced. Feels like a scam once they take your money.
If there was an option, I’d rate minus stars. Avoid this trash app unless you enjoy being looted and ignored.
