There used to be a Business Premium licence that has a few extra features but on the mobile version Status Sharing disappeared! At least data tables were added but where is the Status Sharing?
No offline works!
It is very hard to find proper connection or any connection on site. Typical construction site problem. However, this app is useless without internet. Not fit for purpose…

Was good for a while
This app was never amazing, syncs pretty slow but pretty useful to pull up anything in the field and upload whatever I needed to await from my computer. Recently the app decided to stop syncing. I can still access everything on the website from my computer, but I cannot sync it to the app. It’s been about a month without being able to update. I checked to make sure the app was updated but still can’t not sync anything, app is basically useless now.

Projects stored on the cloud never download onto local device, the app was working as intended and now looks feels and operates worse. Why?

Can’t open IFC that I have saved locally on my iPad
All I want is a simple and easy to use IFC viewer that can open IFC files that I have saved on my OneDrive or locally on my iPad. Why is it so difficult? Uninstalling this useless software.

I also have a problem when I touch the screen my iPad goes black. The phone version works perfectly. I have used this app for years and it’s helped me a ton

Finally got the May 15 update so we an orbit and zoom. Now whenever you bump/use the screen, the model screen immediately goes black and is unusable.
I cannot find other IFCzip viewer apps, so when this one doesn’t work, we can’t use it on the job site whatsoever! Please fix and make sure it still works with all the models of iPad. Each update excludes a different model (we have old and new ipads).

IFC Files won’t zoom or orbit!
Our foremen use this app every day to erect structural steel. The fact that the app isn’t working the last 3 weeks has thrown a wrench in the way we do things. Please fix this quickly!

IFC Models won’t zoom on IPad version
Until about 2 weeks ago, ifc models would zoom in using the IPad version of the app. Now this no longer works unless using orthographic mode. I’ve tested this on 3 different current generation IPads and they all do the same thing. Interestingly, the model will zoom on the IPhone version. Really need this to be fixed so our field crews can view connections. Thanks!
