my overall view of the app
i have been using trimcheck since 2020-present day and i can personally say that it is a very handy and quite organised app. like coming from a country that’s third world, i can really appreciate the thought process that went into generating a space where barbers can have a system that allows for them to cater to all customers efficiently while also ensuring that they make time for themselves because they to need that break after being on their feet for an entire day. so i say well done to the owners and please don’t let this app go anywhere. like a lot of us really value it.

Cannot log in 👎
For some reason the app logged me off and now I cannot login to my account there’s no option for “Help” to press for this kind of situations unfortunately now I cannot book my appointment through this app.

App don’t work - can’t login to the account and no word as to when this will be fixed.
App boots you out and dont let you sign back in
Atrocious app doesn’t work and every time you want to sign in it gives you an error message. SORT IT OUT! Definitely will not be using this service again and would not recommend it to anyone major loss of business through this!

So I dl the app. Put my address in. It shows me barbers from the Eu, Great Britain, others from other countries all over the world.
But nothing really in Houston. It would be nice if I could find that out, before I spent time trying to figure this out. Total waste of time.
