They fixed it and it now works great again

Stopped working with wired headphones and wireless headphones. I get a dark screen w just the sound and no visual!!!
After posting my feedback I have not received any response or support from the developer which makes me drop this app from 2

Buggy needs work
First, the app requires you keep flipping the device automatically orient on my screen. On my iPad iOS 11, it ultimately is upside down.
Next, the visuals are not of a good quality, very pixilated and the loop jumps like an avant garde 60’s film.
The audio quality is good.
It would be a great addition to offer a timer feature inside the app.
I expect more from a paid, scientifically based, medical app and am very disappointed.

All of the bugs seem to be fixed, thank you so much!!! This app is great, I used the energy balance today to de-stress a little between shifts at work. Thanks guys, you rock!! I would definitely recommend this app!
