Hopeless App
Shows me as logged in on my profile, but when I try to go to Bookings the App asked for email and password to log in. When I enter those details it just kicks me out again.
Going in cycles and just can’t see any details.

Poor app
Trip a deal is a great company , their app is terrible . Very flaky crashes easily and the IT support to fix issues is very slow
Terrible experience
The experience with Trip a deal has been frustrating to say the least I have had to spend hours on the phone with them talking through issues not getting called back, not being given the right information. they cheap and that’s where it starts and ends.
Says wrong password every time
every time i try to use it says wrong password , will not send the Chang Password to my email. WORST APP EVER
Don’t brother with the app
Seems like from the previous reviews, over 1 year later and the login issue hasn’t been fixed. Can’t login, keeps telling you your credentials are wrong. Would give this app 0 stars if I could
Reviewing App not Trips
Cannot save destinations into favourites. I’ve deleted and reinstalled a number of times but still the same result. TripADeal’s holidays are great and about to take my third but the company really needs to sort the app out !
Saving deals
Can you please fix the SAVE option as whatever deals I save don’t seem to actually save to look at a later time.

Like many other reviewers, I cannot log in to view booked trips. Profile page says I’m logged in, but the Bookings page consistently just shows the login screen even after logging in. Amazing this hasn’t been resolved yet: I guess the developers don’t care to read the reviews. I’ll just use the web site.

Can’t log in any more
App used to work fine. Now the login doesn’t work, just does nothing after I enter username and passsword, so cannot see my bookings and have to use the website.

Like others have said, the app doesn’t recognise login details that it’s just accepted. The app might work really well when you’re logged in but I’ll never know.
Needs major improvements
This app needs a lot of improvements. The map view and navigation are confusing and not user-friendly at all. The sign-in feature doesn’t work Hoping for updates soon!
Cannot save trips
Having trouble saving trips to my favourites. I click on the heart, it say it saves them, then I click on the saved tab and “ no trips are saved”. I’ve tacked to using a pad and a pencil.
Unable to login
Really frustrated - cannot login tried change password same error message - “please choose a stronger password - etc “ - done and done every combination. App has had this problem for at least 6 months on both iphone 14 and 16. Please fix.
Can’t login no matter what
I finally came here to see if others had the problem I’ve had. They have. No matter how I try and login, it keeps asking me to login again. I will just give up and see if I can use their website or just plan my own trip. Way too troublesome.
