How to add Mileage????
Third travel expense app I have downloaded today that does not have a way to add personal vehicle mileage.
Agree with another user that one should be able to add a location. Not every location is on a map. And if I have no internet access, can i not add location???
Does backing to email means my email address is being tracked/shared/sold??

Usava já há alguns anos, apesar de não ser perfeito era o melhor do genero! Mas nao observei um detalhe. Você nao tem o seu proprio perfil e na hora en que meu celular deu pau e eu tive de formatar o celular perdi o registro de todas as minhas viagens!!!!! Fiquei arrasada e deixei de usar!

Great, but…
I stumbled upon trip coin a few years ago trying to keep track of what I spent on a trip. If I stay disciplined, I could use it to track monthly expenses. Would love if it had a monthly calendar view outside of splitting expenses. Also, when I export my activities into excel, there is no differentiation between income and expenses.

TripCoin Can’t Import Any Data and Support is Non-Existent
After the death of my beloved Trail Wallet app, which I used for over a decade, I considered two similar apps: TripCoin and TravelSpend.
Some reviews indicated that TripCoin could import CSV files. When I didn't find this feature after installing the app, I wrongly assumed it was only available in the paid version. However, TripCoin does not support importing data from any source, which is a deal breaker for me.
Additionally, the user interface is very plain, resembling a basic website form. I also didn't receive any response to my support request through their website, which contributed to my negative review.
On the positive side, this app is more affordable to purchase outright, unlike many other apps that require monthly subscriptions.
Ultimately, I switched to TravelSpend, subscribed for one month to import my old CSV data, which I could then continue to use for free. However, I decided to pay AU$99 for a one-time Premium license to support them, especially since their support team responded to me within 24 hours.
It boils down to a cheaper app with fewer features and no support OR paying more for additional features and support.

Doesn’t backup
No iCloud backup, if you lose your device you lose the data of this app as well. Its great but lacks the backup.

The link to the developer on the app's App Store listing (tripcoinapp.com) goes to a 404: page not found. Caveat emptor.

Amazing at tracking expenses
I love that I can put in EVERY expense in the currency that I’m spending in the country that I’m in, and it will automatically convert it to my home currency. The fact that I can also upload a picture of my receipts is a great bonus. One thing they could be done to improve the app is allowing me to track expenses that I didn’t pay for (like meals paid for by others) and then be able to exclude that amount from the overall total. It would then act as a way to document expenses as well as the places I’ve been to. Still a great app!

Great app and able to use very easily. Can change or amend readily. Highly recommend its’ use.
Simple & effective
We are two weeks into a 3 month overseas trip and Tripcoin is doing a great job of helping to ensure that we still have funds at the end of the trip. The multi currency function works really well, customisable Categories are great & it is handy to be able to take and store a photo if the receipt from within the app. Very easy to use and provides very effective info on how much you have spent, where, when & on what.
