Way to many ads
This was a cool app for the first 30 mins and than came all the adds that are forced on you even when u click not to watch an add it still makes u. Like every few minutes theres a long never ending add.

Game shut down. Kept saying to reset. Took all my money, never could get it to reinstall as of today. Want my money back and then some. Lousy game and cost a fortune compared to other games.

Facebook log in issues
I have not been able to access my account in two days because of a Facebook logon issue. Multiple request via email for help with no replies. I have spent a great deal of money on this game over the years and I think it’s ridiculous to have such poor customer service.
Lost all my coins
Cannot login into Facebook through app and lost all my winnings. Very frustrating.
Impossible to play for free
The code for this app is written so you will blow through your coins extremely quickly and will need to buy coins to keep playing. Slots are not loose at all, often times it takes over 100 spins on the same slot to trigger a bonus. You will never get a major or a grand, just FYI. Mini and minor jackpots only.
The most annoying thing of them all is the 7-10 pop ups to buy coins you have to exit out of just to play. There also appears to be a bug, during a spin the app will freeze and take much longer to finish the spin. It’s frozen during a bonus too. I enjoyed playing this until a couple of weeks ago, now its like going to a normal casino to play slots. You win 1/10 of what you put in.

I really enjoy this game the slot machines are incredible and the variety is great.

It’s takes forever to load… and it stopped playing during one of my bonus games and it won’t load at all now to play that particular game I was in the middle of my bonus. Deleted n tried to play again and it still won’t play the game I was playing it’s stuck.
Money hungry
Developers are money hungry. Want you to buy stars. Pay for no ads. And still get 15 offers to by coins before even getting to play. Just went through 6 billion coins without a single hit. Company says that it’s “randomly generated” but they are just out to get you to buy money. Once I lose the rest of my coins I’ll be uninstalling.
