It Was Better… At Least Before 2021.
Although The Original Scenarios And The “Your call has been connected” Sound Are kept, but it’s Different From When This Came Right Onto The App Store. I’m Not a huge fan of the revamp, but the 3D visuals Are Also Impressive, But The Original Was PEAK. I Kinda Agree With Zoe-Winchester here. Anyways, You Have Until October 3, 2027 To Bring Back The Original Or I Could Uninstall This App. After All, I Remembered Playing This Game Before it Went Through A Revamp.

It really helps kid know what to do when there is a emergency

This app used to be so good , it awful now ! The voice is robotic , the details are sloppy and slow and inaccurate. The original was so much better .
My older 4 children loved this app when they were young and my youngest is now the right age to play and this was so disappointing to open and find it ruined and too much happening in the app .

The game was awesome but since the update there is less to do and is more boring. Prefer the old one.

When I open the settings or try to edit address no keypad appears to enter any information.

My kid will not put this game down. Tells everyone to call 000 🙏🏼 we live out of town. This app is so helpful 100% u must get this app.

Amazing app. Highly recommend it! My 5yo is loving it. A tad disappointing that we cannot access the bonus level 4 at all.
Level 4 never unlocked
My son loves this game but level 4 never unlocks no matter what is done or how many stars he has on first 3

Love this app! So important for children to learn this process (calling triple zero, talking to an operator) as early as possible. My 3 year old son and I play it together so we can discuss the best options and outcomes based on the various scenarios presented.

This app is fantastic it helps teach kids the basics across all the emergency services . It helps them learn how to identify emergencies, how to gauge the severity of an incident and what to do. The only thing that would make this app better would be the ability to input important information based on yourself like location eg; address and suburb etc.

I have had this app for 2 years and just hearing the kids interact and work through the challenges is so reassuring that they are getting basic stranger/ emergency education.
Highly recommended, so much better than anything else law I have downloaded to calm the kids at a restaurant or pub, love hearing them reply the the audio about situations. Excellent education

A must have
I got this some time ago and let my kids go nuts. That was about a year ago. Today there was a minor emergency and the kids knew what to do. Get it.

Great app for my 4 year old son but I think it would be beneficial if they could name the character after themselves and use their real address, would make it more realistic and less confusing for them!

The children love this educational tool. It's helping them, beyond a doubt, to learn what to do in an emergency situation.
However, it would be more beneficial if there was and option to change the addresses and personal phone numbers they use within the app to our own personal addresses and phone numbers, so the children will learn these by heart too.
