Pricing & invoicing you can trust • Per-person pricing now adds up correctly. Taxes, add-ons and discounts are all applied per traveler, so the price you show a client is the price they pay. • Package-priced trips now total correctly. • Percentage discounts now apply as percentages. • Invoice PDFs now match the quoted total, and deposits show their real dollar amount. • Commission is now calculated on your supplier cost. Enter it on the Pricing tab under Supplier Cost. • Costs you add by hand now save properly and count toward your profit — and never appear on a client's itinerary. • Amounts are shown to the cent everywhere. Payments • Confirm Zelle, Venmo, Cash App and bank-transfer payments right from the trip's Payments tab. Once you mark a payment received, the client's balance updates. • Total Paid and Balance Due now always agree. • Card-authorization links no longer break when emailed, and don't expire after a day. You can re-send one anytime from your authorizations list. • A quote can't be published or invoiced while its payment groups don't add up. Scheduling • Clients can now book a consultation from your availability when they send a trip request, or open your meeting link right after. • You'll see the booked time, location and meeting link on the request. • Saving your availability now works reliably. Fixes • Accepting a trip invitation now works. • Clients who sign up with your agent code now appear in your CRM. • More secure Stripe Connect setup.
