Nice to see a v2, but needs some work
As a fan of Trism for many years I was happy to see a new version and didn’t mind paying for the work these folks put in. A few things however:
Why doesn’t the tilt work to slide the tiles in different direction except down?
App crashes especially trying to beat Nanook (whatever his name is)
There’s too much “story” for those of us who just want to play.
Looking forward to an update to fix the glitches and move on to the next round.
Thank you !

Where are the new levels ?
I bought this game the very day it came out (July 2018 I believe) and have been waiting for the extra levels ever since. I even wrote to the developers and asked when the extra levels would be appearing and got the reply “When they’re ready !”. It’s a decent game BUT it’s not finished. For that reason I have to knock a couple of stars off- shame as it could have been a five star game.

Can’t tilt the phone anymore
You can no longer control where the triangles slide from. It’s always from one direct: upper left.
Eah…
Tbh I bought this just to support the devs as I love Trism. But I noped out and deleted the game after about two mins.
New levels
🙏🏻 new levels please
Oh dear. What a disappointment
If you loved the original Trism, which I did, I do and will continue to do. This is such a different gaming experience that initially I thought that it was a ‘ripoff’ clone.
Such a different player experience to the original.
The onboarding follows the now typical tap here, then tap here, methodology used by the myriad of ’brain-dead; milk the player for every cent’ which tells me two things:
1. The gameplay/interface is non-obvious. i.e. It has too many superfluous ‘featurette’ mini-scenes getting in the way of the actual game play.
2. There’s not enough interest to keep me engaged.
I played for about 5mins, and was utterly bored. Game deleted. Refund requested.

This is not Trism
This is not Trism. I feel like they should really make that clearer in the description. Other than looks, the gameplay here has nothing to do with the original, which was a great game. It’s too bad, Trism is one of my most-played iPhone games and really deserves an update.
Just another match 3 game
The original Trism was imaginative. It took full use of the iPhones accelerometer and the style was a classy puzzle game.
Unfortunately instead of dragging entire diagonal columns, you now place the triangles directly on the board. When you match 3, the pieces disappear but you have no control of which direction the pieces fall.
In other words, this isn’t like the original at all.

Agree with Fantasialynn!!
This developer, Steve Demeter, is a criminal with no conscience whatsoever! Do not download this game!! It will never be updated, you’ll never be able to finish it! He’s abandoned this game. Do NOT download!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Don’t waste your money
Update: after a year and a half I finally got a response.
Basically he never finished the game and ran out of money and then didn’t like the negative and ultimately hostile feedback so he’s not motivated to finish this game. And he had to go get a real job again so he can work on this in his spare time. (Riiiiiight).
1. Feedback may not have been so negative if he had communicated to begin with. Do I feel bad for being angry? NO. The game developer GHOSTED us from the beginning.
2. This game should not have been released requiring up front payment when it wasn’t finished. Free to play with in app purchases would have been smarter and would have been received better and he might not have run out of money.
3. Really just overall unprofessional. I’m not buying anything this guy makes again. He got lucky one time with one game and dropped the ball big time with this one so once again I say DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I don’t even want to play the original any more, I’m so disgusted.
October 2019: Well, I don’t know what happened to my original review, and that just makes this game worse. I LOVED this game, I was SO excited to play it. Got through the quests and got to the preview of the next world that promised an update soon, with more levels.
Well, 18 months later, STILL NO UPDATE, it has NEVER BEEN UPDATED. And it has bugs, lots of bugs! No update.
Since I paid for this game, I expect it to be finished.
This person who made this game has made no effort to make it right, to update anyone on the game, and somehow manages to hide all negative feedback.
Steve Demeter is a liar and a thief.

Boring
Stupid animations. A waste of time clicking through meaningless speech bubbles for a story that’s incoherent and unnecessary. Then the puzzles, when you finally get to them, are short and overly simple. Stick with the original. This is a completely different game.
Original Trism Not Working
So I tired Trism 2, but it’s just not my cup of tea. It’s missing some of the things that made the original game so much fun. Could you please fix the original game? After updating to the current IOS it doesn’t work. When I touch a tile the whole row turns black. I really love the game- please, please fix it.

Not much like Trism 1, but equally fun
This game has little to do with its predecessor. Gameplay is vastly different yet it is a compelling sequel. Puzzles are challenging, addictive, and fun. Get it!
Great but where are the “coming soon” levels?
Ok, so this is nowhere near as addictive as the original, which I still love playing, but it’s still a pretty fun game.
But where are the level updates? It says they’re “coming soon” - but I suspect they’ve been coming soon for a while and still haven’t arrived

Yuuch
Not much thinking. Just click on the little figurines telling a story. Next please.
Why?
So this is my fault for not reading reviews but hey... it’s Trism II right? If people like this then I am happy for them but it is nothing like the original. Original Trism is simple, elegant, and endlessly playable. No cartoon characters and clicking through speech bubbles between levels. Fun orientation mechanics. No “story” to play through. This looks like a hundred other match games with cute characters and levels. I think I made it through 4 boards before I’d had enough and came to provide my review. I don’t normally leave any review that isn’t positive but if the developers are going to appeal to Original Trism players.. then I hope others like me don’t rush in and purchase without reading reviews. I don’t care about the three bucks I spent to learn my lesson. I just want to know why you would so completely change a game? Now excuse me while I go play a real Trism game.

Omg - death by cutscene
This has removed virtually everything fun about the first game, and replaced it with interminable cutscenes, dialog, and animated trisms. No wonder they took so long to release this steaming pile. So much effort for so little fun gameplay. Love watching animated trisms explain weird rules and gameplay? This is the game for you. Trism lovers, stick with the original.

Geht so
3xG -> gekauft, gespielt, gelöscht.
Hat mit dem klassischen Trism überhaupt nichts mehr gemein.
Was man aber wissen sollte.

Not anything like the original
I bought this game since I enjoyed playing the original so much however this version is nothing like the first one and I am now regretting my decision to purchase this.
The cool stuff was removed
This has turned into nothing more than a match 3 game. No more sliding triangles, no more triangles falling into place depending on how you turn your device. And then no updates with new levels. I do believe we have been royally and intentionally cheated by the developer.
