All these games are rigged fr it’s like they don’t want you to win you get a very high score it’s like they put a bot for you to lose it’s not designed for you to win
The wheel spin is pre determined also all games are money grabs
I tested this by closing out of the app right before it landed on the deposit bonus I did this about 5 times and each time it was the same exact spot
Refunds are a massive headache
I have played this game for a long time and it has came a long way. However, one of the issues that hasn’t made mi h progress in my opinion and experience is requesting/receiving a refund whenever a game crashes or times out, whatever the case may be. I have been in the middle of brick breaker games and the app closes, when I open the app the game is over and it shows a 0 for my score. This is not a scenario that the “request refund” feature works for. So you have to reach out to support. Support could take hours if not days to reply, and they will usually tell you to wait 24 hours, just for you to have tk reach out after 24 hours and finally get a refund. Well recently, this exact scenario happened, and the person handling my support ticket told me that the replay showed a normal game with nothing wrong, which is not the case at all. In fact, it’s litterally impossible for anyone to finish a brick breaker game with their score being 0 because you would have to break the first few rows of bricks in order to end the game. I explained this to them, sent screenshots of everything, and the mf had the nerve to ask me for a screen recording of the gameplay as if I record all my games and have an infinite amount of memory on my device to do so. I used to love playing this game but these situations have been happening much more often, it was already frustrating to have tk wait so long for a response and a refund but now I’m getting refund requests denied!? It’s crazy how these companies/platforms treat the people who have actually spent 100s of hours on using their app.

The deposits work everything works but the second you go to cash out they can’t verify your identity to cash out??? Also when I play the games they rank you up so it’s harder to beat the game scores which means money lost this game is fake do not waste your money nor time!
