Need More User friendly Interface and faster response
App sometimes takes forever to load.. have lot of scope for upgrading the App to look more Niche and to make user experience more appealing.

A Symbiote Named Speed 400
I purchased my Triumph Speed 400 about a month ago, and I must say the bike is absolutely marvelous. The performance has been excellent so far, and riding it has been a truly enjoyable experience. The power delivery, smooth handling, and overall riding comfort make it feel like a very well-engineered motorcycle. It is beautifully designed, and every time I ride it, it feels special.
As a line inspired by the Venom vibe says:
“Power doesn’t ask for attention… it commands respect.”
That’s exactly how this bike feels on the road.
I truly appreciate Triumph Motorcycles for creating such a well-balanced and impressive machine.
I would also like to personally thank Dheeraj, the sales executive at the Pimpri branch of Triumph. The way he handled everything during the purchase process was excellent. Even after I purchased the bike, he has continued to support and assist me whenever needed. He is genuinely a very kind and helpful person.
As they say :
“Loyalty and respect aren’t given everywhere, but when you find them, you remember the name.”
I truly appreciate his efforts and hope he continues to provide the same level of support in the future as well.

Such a poor app from bajaj and triumph
The number given on the app for customer service says it is switched off.. hope just this much is enough to say how poor the app is.. hope the app improves as triumph and bajaj just harrasing us, the customers.. concerns posted on the apps are not noticed and addressed also. Shame
Very hard to book a slot for servicing
When I’m trying to book for servicing for my bike at initial step once I select the service centre it shows around 64 to 65 time slots and once you select a time slot and move forward of selecting service type and giving all the details at the end when you try to book it shows slot is not available for the centre.
Worst experience I have to keep on selecting different time slots and at the end it shows that particular time slot is not available. Why can’t you only show the time slots which are available for that service centre.

Issue in service slot booking
Every time when we want to book a slot for servicing or random check up it end up in some error message. Though you start with selecting service centre then select slot, type of service and issues we are facing, after clicking next nothing happens.
If you visit to service centre without taking appointment they don’t entertain you and ask you to book slot first.
The primary purpose of the app ‘service book’ is bugging. Leaving this rest is useless.

Good UI
Better than most but not the best. There is always room for improvement.
Unable to book service through app
Unable to book service through the app. We can’t proceed further from selecting the dealer.
Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Calling mobile number shared by helpline goes unanswered with voice mail.

Buggy update.
Today after updating the app I lost my second periodic service coupon and uploaded documents i. e. RC is also deleted. My personal information is also changed automatically. It is a buggy update with so many problems.

While registering DOB calendar date picker option is hiding behind confirm button
While registering DOB calendar date picker option is hiding behind confirm button. Only able to press confirm or cancel and if able to press confirm then it picking todays date which is not acceptable as DOB.
Could have an overall better user interface, looks pretty cheap for a premium brand
Triumph could seriously work on improving their app to a whole new level, honestly expected much more better quality in user interface for their customers being a premium brand out there , the app is glitchy half the time , most of the options doesn’t get selected if clicked , seriously what’s the point of generating such an app out there , need to work on this asap so that one can enjoy and make use of for good

Buggy Date of Birth Selection
I recently downloaded the Triumph India app and was excited to use it, but I ran into an issue when trying to enter my date of birth. The date picker doesn’t show any calendar dates to select from—it just randomly selects the current date every time I try to enter my birth date. It’s frustrating, especially since I can’t select the correct date and have to cancel the process each time.

Can’t book a service appointment
For last couple of months when I try to book a service appointment it always says the selected time slot is not available. I tried with many dates and time to confirm it is a bug.
Vintage Useless Application built by Kids
The app doesn’t seem to work for me. I cant book any appointment neither can I raise a complaint. Crashes all the time. Talking about the UI, reminds me of the vintage train booking app. Nowadays even School Kids can build a better application compared to this MISTAKE! HIRE SOME DEVELOPERS AND FIX THIS APP!

Worst app
You guys are owing that your vehicles are premium but your apps shows no standard. No bookings are accepted by the app. First it will show as slot available but when we select and submit it shows nothing available. App is crashing several times. Worst experience
How did Triumph pass this app???
The UI is garbage, many links don’t work, stops working randomly and so many other problems. It feels like something that a first year software engineering student will make as a project. Not at all what you expect from a brand like Triumph. My beautiful Scrambler deserves an equally beautiful app companion. Learn from Harley Davidson.

App doesn’t work in the login screen
Hello team, I’m unable to login in iphone 13. As soon as i enter my phone number the send otp button relocates to the top edge corner of the screen. Seems like some resolution issue. This is so frustrating as I’m unable to fetch my service coupons

Surprised to see an app which does not have its database updated considering the premium segment it shares in Indian market. Unable to move forward when I was surprised that I am unable to even add vehicle. It neither recognises my vehicle number nor the chasis details. Triumph team, you need to do better.
